I wanted to buy a water they charged me $4 for a water I told them that was very expensive and that I wanted a refund I didn't want the water the man refused to refund my money. He said to give him a minute that he would be right back he went to the bathroom avoided me for 12 minutes and came back out pretended to do a refund on the system but never actually refunded my money
We dine in at this restaurant at least once a month and have NEVER had ANY issues. The employees are polite, the food is good, and we believe reasonably priced. But yesterday, after going through the drive-thru, we noticed that part of the order was missing. We attempted to call for an hour without being able to get through. And we went back today thinking it might have just been a fluke, and once again, part of our order was missing and part of the order was actually wrong. Again, we tried to call without being able to get through, My advice is to only dine in and don't bother with the drive-thru unless you just want party burritos.
