absolutely rubbish services, ordered food and never arrived , put down phone on me twice.

This place sucks. Whoever decided to put the order kiosk are real jerks. People that aren't good at computer crap makes it take forever to place an order. Meanwhile NOBODY wants to come help you. This girl was to busy eating. What happened to taco bell??? The worst fast food place

Went to the new Tacobell in Kettering yesterday OMG horrid, dry and the smallest amount of filling iv ever come across
One of the items I got £8 something was just a dry barrito with a spoonful or so of filling
Iv never seen any thing like it and cost well over £20 total
Avoid and go to Northampton or other closet
If they don’t get their act together soon it needs closing down x

I can usually count on Taco Bell for decent, warm, filling food. Nothing gourmet, but a fairly large quantity and fast. NOT Today! The soda machine was out of Diet Pepsi and ice. Worse, the soda was room temperature. Then both the chalupa shells and the taco shell were stale. The chicken chalupas had almost no sour cream and almost no chicken. The taco meat was cold and small in portion. Further, there was veyr little cheese, and the lettuce was in huge chunks and not shredded. And the staff person, when I asked for ice at the counter, told me the drive thru had no ice either (which I did not believe) and was very rude. I then told three other people in the store not to order as the soda machine had no diet pepsi or ice, and the soda was room temperature. She did eventually give (10 minutes later)me a small cup of ice saying the ice machine was now working! It was by far the worst meal I ever had at Taco Bell, and I even wrote to the company asking for a refund, which I doubt I will get!!!

My girl friend got off work. I decided ima buy a burrito. I ordered it with extra items. Noone took my order at the counter so I went to drive tru. The cook comes have way tru my order saying since uk what comes on the burrito what u mean by add. Last I check add means extra it's on the kiosk. Them I have a good conversation with the window girl and get my food. I go to popeyes cuz my daughter wanted a two piece and biscuit. I check my food. Sourcream I dont eat that dont come on the burrito, no extra rice and beans I call and say im coming back want a refund. The manager saying she dont know what it is with receipt then days she mad it. And says it's made right but I can do a refund. The store manager for some reason takes this up the next day with my gf who works there saying I contacted her on her personal time of her personal phone. But this the kicker she asked me to because she my cousin I do that so the store manager dont get in trouble and it can be fixed in store. But she said she feels it personal between me and the girl even tho that girl dont know me and I dont know her. But she sent me a friend's request before on fb and I blocked the page and told my gf. I just feel this is a messy and beyond toxic environment. And we have the old protect my managers cuz i dont want to replace them powerbullying hand washing hand crap. Unprofessional feom start to finish

I wish I can give not even a 1 star I went to tacobell at Mt Zion blvd Morrow Ga location. Run of ingredients at 9 pm when they are open till 2 am. Manager attitude was worst when I complained about it
Run of even paper for receipt when I ask for it . And then threaten to call the police on me if I don't leave and keep complaining about it . All the staffs are the same

I didn't know it was possible but the food is somehow getting worse. The quality has really gone downhill.

Oh my god, I've just ordered food from Taco bell Liverpool. It's the first (and t last) time I've ordered food from there. I decided to get 2 burritos for my brother and i for a change. I had burritos before, a good few times. Each time I've struggled to finish them because of the size but taco Bell didn't get the memo. No joke 5 bites and it was gone. And at the 2 ends it was just wrap no filler?? For the price they charged that was a liberty.. My advice save your money and go somewhere else.

What is going on small tiny tacos and burritos for high price what happened to the perfect size and price not worth going

I went there today at 111 p.m. on July 29th 2026 I ordered three beef crunchy Taco Supremes three beef soft taco Supremes one Bell nacho grande sub seasoned beef to steak I paid $25 for that order I'm sorry $27 for that one when I got home the supreme tacos didn't have sour cream on they beef look like dog food and it's for the nachos there was barely any refried beans on it barely any steak on it the cheese and sour cream was stacked up in the middle and the chips were so salty I could not eat them so I ended up giving $8 for food to my damn dogs because TacoBell did not fix my food right. I know that people are getting lazy but I think it's up to any business to make sure their employees are cooking food the way their customers are asking it because the prices of their food are high I could have spent that $27 on some pack of chicken some flour and fried my food at the house that was ridiculous I need this to be taken care of I will keep my receipt if I don't hear nothing I will post my receipt my phone number is 386-212-9692 somebody from Taco Bell call me or refund my money

Never had a taco bell before . Premise was nice and clean staff friendly . But i wont be having another was vile like cheese and road kill in a wrap !!

Please keep the beef enchirito on the menu! It's the best thing I've had from there in years. 5 stars will be going back for more!
