Great Customer Service
My initial review: The tablet case (Bam Bino Cases) I purchased for my Samsung Tab A looks great and so far has protected the tablet from falls. The only thing that I see needs improvement is the legs that fold outward to place on table top, well my little one has managed to remove the legs and I have fixed it various times, but continues to happen because the pins are short. If they were longer they would not be removed so easily by a 2 yr old.
Update: since posting the initial review, I received an email from Head of Customer Support almost immediately and expressed concern about my experience. Erma jumped into action and submitted a complaint to the manufacturing team to review and improve the foldout legs and retainer pins.. don't get me wrong, all in all it's still a great case and does what it was designed to do (protect your tablet) great for kids and adults with it's carry handle and accessory strap make it convenient to carry or hang onto back of seat for easy viewing and keep the kids occupied in the car (just around the house now since the pandemic). Thank you Erma for your great customer service, you get a 10 star rating, I really appreciate that from you to make the customer happy and sending a replacement. I'm adding another star, need that improvement to get the 5th for the product.

Great case! We ordered the Bam Bino Space Suit "kids case" even though we're adults because we needed something sturdier and easier to handle than most cases on the market. We weren't disappointed! The screen guard was a bonus. Great quality and just what we were looking for in a case!
