I put a deposit on a car that was supposedly in stock on 27th May. Subsequent promises and still no pictures of the car have been uploaded for me to view, and having requested a refund of my deposit it still hasn't been received after 9 working days.
I am over 60 years old and have bought numerous cars over the years, this is worst experience ever.

My Audi Q7 recently experienced a big issue with alternator. After my call and visit in West London Audi I was informed that this fault will be covered by the warranty even though my car was no longer under warranty. That was a big and positive surprise as this part of my car is very expensive.
I deliver my car to Audi dealer and it was fixed in one week!

I always bring my AUDI to the West London showroom.I am always made to feel welcome. The two ladies at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. On this occasion i was greeted by Ciprian Pop. I explained to him what the issues were with my car and he was very helpful. Dreadful customer service from the call…
Dreadful customer service from the call centre. Nobody answers the phone and I was sent repeated texts asking me to communicate via WhatsApp. I followed this request but still no reply via WhatsApp or phone. Another company implementing AI with negative results for the customer I guess. Having said that the service I received from the branch even I went there and spoke to them face to face was of the standard I expect from a brand like Audi.
