How best to treat a Customer when buying a New Audi
If you are in the market for a New or Used Audi, go no further than Wakefield Audi (ask for Louis)
I have recently purchased a brand new RS3 Carbon Vorsprung and I have to praise (Louis especially) the overall experience and Customer Service which in my opinion was second to none.
Their commitment to the Customer is admirable and nothing is too much trouble, from maintaining contact throughout the entire process to being there to answer questions and provide advice & guidance when necessary, sets this Dealership and Sales Team apart.
My last point would be to highlight the effort taken (by Louis for me, but is standard at Wakefield) is the entire Handover process which they strive to make it as special as possible for the Customer
A great Team (shout out to Louis who has been fantastic throughout) and I urge anyone to visit this Dealership as its the best one I have had the pleasure of purchasing from

Dreadful after sales
I purchased an RSQ3 (used) in early 2024. It had a variety of issues, which were compounded by the worst customer services experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle.
First, Audi Wakefield took the vehicle in for repair. They said they’d fixed the issues - they hadn’t. These were issues with wheel alignment and random braking from the adaptive cruise control as well as a host of minor issues.
Second, the sales team (James Templeton) then ignored all calls and emails for two months, when I said all issues remained unresolved.
Third, with nobody returning calls or emails, I then had to take it to another dealership to diagnose the issues, incurring several hundred pounds in costs.
Fourth, only after threatening legal action to have the car repaired (several months after the issues were discovered), did Ricky Philips of Audi Wakefield then finally have the car in to fix.
Fifth, the main issue having been fixed finally (some 8 months after raising the issue), I was then again ignored about the several hundreds of pounds spent to seek a resolution of the issues, which Audi Wakefield had initially lied and confirmed had been fixed.
Sixth, their complaints procedure is abysmal. I raised a complaint in August 2024 - no response has ever been received.
Absolutely abject customer services.

Great experience of buying a used Audi
I was treated well by Louis Baker from the beginning when I made an on line enquiry. No hard sell just giving information as needed. When things didn’t go quite to plan he was kind enough to give me a lift home and then deliver the new car to me at work.
He has continued to keep in touch since the sale to make sure everything is going well.

Buying a car in my mind is a daunting…
Buying a car in my mind is a daunting task, especially being a woman on my own. Having visited other competitor garages and being met with the hard sell with little or no interest in what would actually suit my needs and what would sit comfortably within my budget it often left me feeling uncomfortable rushed and anxious about taking the next steps.
From the moment i sent an online enquiry through to Audi Wakefield and received a call the very next day from Louis i knew I was going to be in safe hands. The service i received in that one phone call was outstanding and this was just the beginning of my journey…
Louis let me talk and he listened. He knew i had enquired about a Q2 initially and so he ran through a list of things with me that i deemed important and that i would want the car to have, such as Sat Nav parking sensors etc. He knew i had a budget and asked if i would consider any other options of model. He did not over promise and told me that he would go away and have a look now he had all of the criteria and come back to me and that’s exactly what he did.
Ricky the senior business manager and Louis not only found me a car that suited my needs and budget but one i never dreamed i could afford. Professional friendly and genuine, i sat in the showroom with them both laughing and feeling like i had know the pair of them for years.
Thank you both for your advise and for standing out from the normal car sales crowd, you are by far the best sales people i have ever dealt with and won’t hesitate to return in the future. Your customer service has been brilliant from start to finish.

Great communication throughout the buying process. I dealt with Louis and from my first enquiry into the car he responded promptly. Sent a video even though the car hadn’t been prepped for the website as yet. Was never pushy with sales techniques, straightforward to deal with and friendly.
All of my interactions with the staff at the dealership were positive, and the coffee isn’t bad either.
