Excellent service from start to finish
I had a very positive experience with this dealership. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. Customer service was excellent, especially from Amy and Ben, who were friendly and efficient. In the garage, Luke was fabulous and very professional. Communication was clear, and everything was handled smoothly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and stress-free car-maintenance service & MOT experience.

My vehicle was booked in for service this was carried out in a timely manner and efficiently.
Whilst waiting I spoke with Kyle Griffiths about my options on the current vehicle.
He put together a very easy to follow option which resulted in my placing an order for another mini .

Excellent service
Excellent service, very friendly and helpful especially as this is the first car I’ve driven as automatic and I was very apprehensive, Andy Griffiths took me on a test drive, then Amy Dowell and then they encouraged me to drive a couple of times afterwards to gain my confidence before I received the car. They are a great team and I cannot speak more highly of them. I feel that I can pop I see them anytime …. and the coffee machine makes a great frothy latte.

Great service from Ash, created a car package that was ideal for our needs. He really thought about everything. Really impressed by his knowledge and professionalism.

I received fantastic service from Regan…
I received fantastic service from Regan Jordan form initial enquiry until collection. Unfortunately I had to put back the planned collection due to an issue with my PX car, Regan rearranged with no issues, he opened up early on the Sunday of collection as it was the last day of the sales event and it ensured a detailed handover not rushed. All in all can only say a very smooth process.
