Seamless experience
I called Sytner Select Bristol on a Friday and spoke to Jasmine Woodward, as there was a car I was interested in but wasn’t sure if it would be entirely suitable. Jasmine was really polite, took me through everything and booked me to test drive the next day. Jasmine made sure the car was freshly valeted and waiting ready for me when I got there. The test drive went great, everything was explained really well and made super easy for me. It would have taken a lot for me to push the button on such a big purchase but I loved the car, I felt at ease and I found the best payment option for me. Fantastic experience. Well done Jasmine!

Great friendly staff
Start to finish the service was great, from enquiry and initial call, to arrival at site through to leaving. Both Dans were super friendly and helpful, guided me through the process and were both very amiable. Would recommend, even if you have to travel.

Not a good service at Sytner Bristol
Not a good service at Sytner Bristol, I had my car MOT’d and opted for their ‘valet’ service, afterwards, which after we collected the car and got home, noticed that the outside’s was still dirty. They asked us to bring it back for them to redo the ‘valeting’. We did that today, but even after they rehashed the car it was still dirty in places. We spoke to one of the managers who told us it was only a ‘wash’ not a valet and the website was wrong, he didn’t offer anything to us after I pointed out all the dirty places, just said it’s a wash only and that was that. I shall defunct recommend this ‘wash’ to any of my friends.

Worst after sales I’ve ever…
Worst after sales I’ve ever experienced.
Never return calls and never return emails or WhatsApp messages.
My car which is covered by extended warranty is currently sat in the service department and has been for 2 weeks and counting for what is booked as a 7 hour repair. I’ve tried multiple times to get updated but responses takes days and when I do I get fobbed off!!
This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in over 30 years of motoring…….AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Awful company
Awful company. My partner and I arranged a viewing a week prior, the car came in damaged with a smashed headlight and stinking dirty. We put a deposit down anyway, say theyre going to fix it and all the scuffs on the alloys and we then find out through a HPI that its had crash damage undeclared to us which we then ring AND message about. Ring us back an hour later saying they've miraculously SOLD THE CAR despite our deposit being on it already. Dodgy asf would never go anywhere near them again.
