Outstanding customer service

The showroom has a lovely friendly atmosphere and the sales people and admin staff have ‘nailed’ the way to ensure everyone is looked after without being intrusive or pushy. As I waited for my car I was supplied with endless coffees and water, and left to read my book in peace. When I looked up I noticed three other ladies were doing the same thing. Great minds think alike. It was interesting to get the video of my MOT and great to know it had passed with flying colours . But the best bit was my car had a complementary wash and vacuum.

Had my X5 serviced, I waited for the car at Coventry BMW, Luke was great and very easy to get on with, very helpful and updated me throughout my wait, very likeable bloke. The ladies also provided me with Coffee and cakes, very enjoyable wait and great experience. Thank you all !!

Zeib resolved the problem with our X5 very quick,taking us smoothly through the process and explaining everything in detail ,the car was fixed in a less than 3 days also cleaned and hoovered 🤗

Initially spoke to Sales Manager who passed me onto Daniel to talk to me about the car I was interested in. Daniel was very helpful and knowledgable about the car and prepared some sample stock cars that were available

Sometimes things do not always go to plan, and I recently experienced one of those situations at Sytner Coventry. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but in my view you learn the most about a business by how it responds when something goes wrong.

No issues at all - worked carried out to a high standard .

Beware of underhand and deceitful practices. Highly questionable sales tactics that intentionally obscured total cost of credit through falsely representing a dealer contribution as part of my used trade in. Dishonest appraisal on vehicle condition with assurances that damage would be rectified casually ignored. Franchise is selling vehicles way short of approved BMW standard as upheld by other U.K. main dealers. Check every detail and take nothing on trust.

Came in for a service, it was quick and efficient. The customer service was also great from Luke Allsopp & the team. I east updated regularly.

Excellent service from all at Sytner.As the engine management light had come on they fitted me in quite quickly and resolved the fault. Everyone at Coventry Sytner provides excellent customer service from when you walk through the doors to collection of your viechle.
