Sytner Wakefield - would recommend!!
The staff at Sytner in Wakefield were so helpful. Explaining the cars and what was available. Very friendly and in particular Lilly who was such a lovely young lady, helpful and knowledgeable. What a joke
Contacted Sytner Wakefield about a used car. I asked 2 very simple questions online and stated I wanted to be contacted by email as I don't always have access to my phone. I then got an email from one of their sales people asking me to "give them a ring" if I wanted my questions answered. What is the point of a website and email when your staff can't be bothered to use them. I emailed back thanking them but I would be taking my business elsewhere. The sales person in question then had the nerve to email back to ask how they had done. What a joke.
