The experience I had with Porsche Silverstone was excellent from start to finish. I was buying my first Porsche and Alexandra in sales was excellent. She not only built rapport but she really understood what I was after and why. She wasn’t pushy at all but went out of her way to ensure the car I was interested in was ready for a test drive, at a time convenient to me and also ensured she answered every detailed questions I had. No surprise I made the decision to proceed and even then the financial team at Porsche Silverstone ensured I understood my options. I picked up my new car yesterday and couldn’t have been happier. They really made the handover personal to me and my experience left me smiling. Thank you to the team at Porsche Silverstone and a special thanks to Alex. No doubt I will see you again when I’m ready for my next Porsche!

Poor Communication & Wrong Information for Customer
I was advised by the Porsche garage that I had a call back on my car due to a heating problem. However, this was not the case as they had the wrong car details, wrong car number plate, wrong car vin number and wrong customer. This has happened on 3 occasions now, so I am hoping that Porsche get it right in the future with my correct name, contact details and car details for my Porsche Taycan.

Everyone is welcoming, the dealership is a nice environment and Jordan knows so much about the cars - you can tell he's passionate but he's not pushy, its a knowledge driven sale.

Poor customer service...again
Once again they've excelled in customer service...popped in on 19/09/26 to book mot and discuss 4 year service...most expensive out of reading opc and Wycombe lady said she would come back to me on Monday...nothing followed up with an email Thursday to see if any update...nothing...followed up again last Saturday...still nothing...will be cancelling mot as booked everything with reading opc. Shame its an extra 45mins but atleast they answer emails...never again will I try porsche silverstone thought I'd try again after the owner came back after last review 9 months ago...but no better at all
