Generally excellent in my experience with the personnel in the dealership from the welcome by the reception staff to the sales and service teams who are always approachable helpful and polite .Overall a pleasant experience on each and every occasion I visit.

Professional and welcoming
Ryan, looked after us very well from the first day we met him until the day the car was handed over.
The great thing was that you were always made to feel welcome with a relaxed atmosphere and no pressure sales at any point.
All the staff were very professional and were able to help with any questionsat all times.
We have visited many car showrooms in the past and this one is by far the most welcoming and engaging of them all. I would defintely recommend them.

Excellent personal service
My car was collected from my house for its scheduled oil service, Derek kept me informed throughout. I had a lot going on and Derek sent me a very nice and thoughtful follow up email. Stephen was very professional on the collection and delivery of my car.
The team at Edinburgh Porsche are great which is why I keep my business with them. Would recommend to others. Thanks Derek and Edinburgh Porsche for the personal touches when you are dealing with both myself and my Husband who also owns his own Porsche. 👌🏻

Positive experience all round
From the day I went in to look at the cars till only a week later when I collected the service I got was second to none. Both Geoff and James were extremely pleasant to deal with. On collection day, Geoff went through everything with me and took the time to explain simply making sure I was confident in driving my gorgeous new car away. He has also assured me that I can go in anytime if I have any further questions.
The car itself had all the extras put on I wanted, it was gleaming and they gave me an excellant deal, so all round ten star treatment ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
