Overall a professional service end to end
I have used Sysop services before and will use them again and am happy to recommend them to anyone who is looking for the services that they offer. My last course (ITIL CSI) I did find contained more discussion than I had anticipated.
Professional training experience with great people
The training with Sysop was very good. The training facilities are great and proper for a learning environment. The trainer was really professional and knowledgeable and everyone at Sysop (from the trainer to all staff) are really helpful and above all, friendly.
It was a great experience!
Thourghly enjoyable
I enjoyed my course at Sysops. I found the trainer very knowledgable and all the staff friendly. The facilities are some of the best I have seen for a training environment.
Very motivational
A very pleasant experience, good quality training and material, very good, easy to find venue with good facilities. No complaints at all. Will look forward to the next set of training. Thank you Sysop!
Relaxing environment to train in.
First time to this site. Good place to learn as it's relaxing, informal but I learnt a lot in relatively short space of time. The material was well presented and the lecturer was happy with answering questions.
The catering was very good, except for the ropey vending machine.
Would recommend this to other people for training.
SYSOP - The Real Deal
I attended an ITIL Overview to gain an insight into ITIL. I was so impressed by the way SYSOP explained the concepts and idealogies that I booked the ITIL Foundation.
The course was great, everything from the joining instructions to the course and it's content. The trainer Stuart Sawle delivered the training at the right level, pace (which also included group activities). The trainer had a wealth of knowledge and expertise, not only did he make the course relevant to the 'real world and working environment' he went the extra mile to help me achieve my goal.
I can honestly say that I have never experienced from any other training organisations the same high level of customer service, value for money, excellent fast and professional service that Stuart and his team provided.
I feel I will be able to apply what I have learnt and look forward to my next course (Prince2) which I immediately booked with them.
Illuminating the Dark
Attending the recent ITIL Foundation Course at Sysop was like swiching on a light bulb, previous experience of ITIL had left a dry, uninteresting and avoid at all costs feeling, whereas the Sysop approach was a breath of fresh air bringing real life examples to the table and making the experience enjoyable as well as providing the required grounding in the subject. Sysop are always professional and welcoming.
Superb training provider, very friendly and nice facilities
Really enjoyed the course, environemnt and food. Tutor was very good and knowledeable and Stuart and Janice are such genuinely nice and accomadating people.
ITIL be alright on the night!
Just had a great course run by Sysop last week, Stuart made the subject matter far easier to digest with his style of training. We were made to feel at ease and all of us I think were in a good position for the exam.
Very well delivered.
Training was extremely well delivered and it was enjoyable to hear real life examples from a person with a wealth of experience within IT and the world of Service Management.
Relaxed, Friendly & Very Welcoming
I booked on my course only the day before it was scheduled to run. Nevertheless all the administrative details were sorted and nothing was missing.
My tutor, Andy, had a relaxed and engaging delivery style encouraging participation from all the students on the course. This really helped to draw out the practical application of the ITIL theory.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Sysop, in fact I intend to book a further course in the not too distant future.
I am fully satisfied with the ITIL - Service Operation training which I had with Sysop and its partner Pink Elephant.
Hello,
The ITIL - Service Operation training was well organized by Sysop and its partner Pink Elephant.
I am satisfied with both the trainer and training materials as well.
I can highly recommend to anyone the training and the training companies.
Best regards,
Misi
A unique insight into Service Management
Approaching Service Management and ITIL from a standpoint of little knowledge is daunting and to prepare for what is widely regarded as a useful qualification in a little over 2 days looks impossible.
I was fortunate enough to embark on this voyage on the good ship Sysop, under the stewardship of Stuart Sawle. The ITIL curriculum was covered - make no mistake about that - but it was covered in such a way that it was almost impossible to believe how much knowledge had been transferred.
Stuart drew on what I can only describe as a stunning weath of experience and, I'll say it, an evangelical desire to see service management 'done well' to bring the subject alive, draw the group in and - maybe most importantly - get us to think!
If I were pursuing the full raft of ITIL certifications, the first call I would make would be to Sysop.
First class training and support
Getting through the ITIL Manager's Bridging course was quite a traumatic experience for most of us, and I missed it by one mark on the first attempt. I came back to Sysop for an intensive revision day with Andy Wright and it was truly enlightening - real life examples and analogies that halped make sense of some of the 'muddier' theory. I went into the exam feeling much more confident and passed with flying colours. Sysop really do go the extra mile to ensure your success and I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of tackling all levels of ITIL study.
First choice for training needs!
I can't fault the place. From the time you arrive at Reception the team are friendly, welcoming and incredibly professional. The courses are well designed and at an appropriate pace, and the support on offer is second to none.
Chaos into Calm at mission control
I found it really interesting having a real life experience to work through in a practical way to gain the results of team work. It was interesting to see how our results improved during each round but also to see how the story played out and how our small parts added up.
I'd definitely suggest this session to other IT/Technical departments looking to improve team work.
Good practical experience to work as a group bringing Apollo XIII back!
The workshop was very interesting and highlighted many things.
It was interesting to have this practical experience working as a group.
The trainer did not run this for 1-2 years so he failed to communicate on some specific points but overall the experience was good
It was a little chaotic, but as we progressed things got quieter. Prioritization was a challenge.
I think we all saw the benefit of the exercise and it was great to see that the finer points of process and communication can have large impact on operations. It really brought the team together and on the same page with regards to operations.
worst trainer I have seen for many years
The trainer wasn't at the top of his game. Clearly he has not done this for many years.

The trainer has to know and understand the training itself
The trainer did not know the tools of the trainings. He told several time "a long time spent since his last traingin".
There was some good things on the training, but at the end i had a wrong feeling because we had no infromation about the tools what we used during the training.
