Going from 10 to 11

It had been sometime since I needed to upgrade my PC and I was a little stuck. I searched for skilled assistance and found Sys Fix IT. I was happy to give them the job and my Windows 10 PC was migrated to Windows 11 without drama. I am now learning how to make best use of Windows 11. Thanks SysFix

The SysFix engineer contacted me at the arranged time. He was very good at identifying the problems I was experiencing with my emails and printer, and he fixed them.

EXCELLENT SERVICE

Needed immediate, same day help. I called them, and they responded immediately. I took my laptop to them, as thankfully they are local. Issue was identified almost immediately and resolved and I had my laptop back within an hour and my business could resume. Very thankful.

I think you have the wrong company. We've never heard of you and we are not open on Saturdays or Sundays. You left the review 4 days ago and said the date of the incident was 1 year ago? September 2023?

IT Heroes

When I had given up all hope I contacted SysFix. They solved what no one else could. I contacted Microsoft initially and they had said I should do a fresh install and wipe all my data because I had a virus, but within 20 minutes of contacting SysFix they troubleshooted the problem and fixed it, no need to wipe anything, just uninstalling one app that was causing the network issue.

The work carried out by two SysFix IT support engineers was professional, well done and timely. The engineers were polite and friendly and just got on with the work and did the job.

Great service

I was very pleased with the service from SysFix IT Support Ltd. It was good that they did a home visit, as some computer repair firms do not provide that service.They were very polite and knowledgable on the phone. The engineer did a good job and was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend them.

I had really excellent professional service from Sysfit. The engineer was friendly and personable and took the time to explain the background to various issues, which was helpful. They were punctual and organised, and their fee is reasonable. Thank you!

Thank you for your review. The job took 2 hours, charged at £75 /hr and we gave you an extra 30 minutes free of charge to sort out a printer issue you reported. The issue was a failed user profile so we had to recreate the entire user account and settings associated with it. Always make sure you back up your computer to avoid such problems in the future. Equally, the computer was over 10 years old so we suggest replacing it.

Outstanding service from Jonathan. He arrived on time and then quickly sorted out our two printer-interaction issues, one with a Mac and the other with a Laptop. We'd already spent hours trying unsuccessfully to do the fixes ourselves.
