Worst

One of the most incompetent organization I have seen in my life. I called 3 times to ask why they do not see my meter reading, 2 times the Syna member said they don't see it. The third time a different colleague can magically see it. Unfortunately they are the only Netzbetrieber in our location and we are stuck with them since 4 months for a lieferant wechseln. Since our new electricity supplier has informed them 3x, now we have to raise this incompetence of Syna to Bundesnetzagentur. Very Very ill managed organization.
