It has provided us with a very convenient and affordable means of communication whilst abroad. Simon is extremely proactive and responds quickly and thoroughly whenever I’ve had any queries. The level of customer service far exceeded that of a larger company as Swytch clearly care about getting it right.

Very quick response during setup. Everything went smoothly and I’m satisfied with the functionality. Would recommend.

Super slick process from the start.
After setting up a new account online which took just a few minutes, downloaded the app from the playstore and made a test call. All was working immediately 👍
Obtained a PAC code from my provider and fired an email to Swytch support with the details. In a little over 24 hours I was receiving calls on my existing number.

I needed to keep my English number after moving to Spain, and it seemed impossible without getting charges of unfair usage from English operators. This has been a great find, and Simon was super attentive throughout the whole process.

Not being technically minded, I had made a mistake when downloading the app, but the guys from Swytch realised this and rectified my error. Swytch was a life saver for me when I moved to Switzerland. I needed to keep my UK number working and no-one of the standard network provider could actually work in Switzerland, unless you pay an incredible amount of money. Yes, connectivity over VPN isn't the best, but still good enough to receive SMS and manage a few calls. Plus any time I need help, their customer service and mainly Simon, was fantastic, quick to reply and always able to help. Definitely recommend

Great customer service, from the account opening to porting my number, it was fast and effortless. The product itself is a great as I needed to keep my phone number while working abroad. Receiving calls is good but most importantly I am amble to receive text messages from various apps the same way I used to before.

These reviews are bogus. I signed up, paid for the basic individual plan, downloaded the app and it never worked. I deleted and reinstalled it. It didn’t work. Customer service provided by “Simon” is AI generated with no way to communicate directly to a human. Literally signed up and deleted it in the same day. I do not recommend it.

Does exactly what it says on the tin, backed by exceptional support.

Working abroad in Mauritius thinking that I could get away with VOIP/WhatsApp/Teams for everything except needing to call travel insurance in a crisis.

Virtual Number spun up from Swytch, and able to call with local rates, from a +44 number that took minimum effort, and worked seamlessly alongside my local number and data service.

The service works really well - particularly text messages. And their customer service is second to none, straight to action and resolutions without the need to chase. Can’t reccomend highly enough.

Living abroad now and fed up of paying high fees for a monthly mobile package I don’t use. With prices increasing by huge amounts in April I decided to switch.

Pretty simple. Sign up and deposit a small amount for credit and to pay for your first month.

You get a new UK number. Contact your old provider or text to get a PAC number and expiration date.

Email all this information to Swytch helpdesk. They’ll sort out your transfer. Give you updates by email and let you know when it’s completed.

Great communication very attentive

Just came upon this company the other day as was having major problems with EE back in the UK. Living in Panama I have to keep my UK number for Banking etc. Literally within an hour or 2 and messing up Simon sorted it all out. Big thanks to Simon and his team ( i will be recommending you to all expats)

SWYTCH, a fantastic company that has enabled me to keep my UK mobile number indefinitely while I am abroad on a working holiday visa in Australia, should I ever need it verification or unexpected phone calls that may arise.
The process was simple; Get a foreign sim in whatever country, ensuring it has data connectivity. Sign up to SWYTCH using your new foreign number (This will be your log in). You will be assigned a number in the SWYTCH app, where you can then email SWYTCH support the number you want to keep and they will handle the rest.
The monthly fee is very good to keep my outgoings down while making my way through another country.

Moved to Cyprus recently and really needed to keep my UK number for banking and 2FA. Simon from the support team was brilliant - he actually spotted a potential issue with my login before I even did and walked me through the porting process step-by-step.

Did a test today and my UK texts are coming through to the app in seconds. It’s exactly what I needed to stay connected to my UK accounts while living abroad. Also, ignore the e-bike reviews on here, these guys are definitely the telecom experts! Highly recommended.
