Never received the report that I paid for. When I emailed asking for resolution they falsely claimed that it had been sent and then refused to resend. Weird how all email communications came through with no issue except for the one that contains the report that I paid for. I wish they were part of the BBB so that we can warn other victim prior to them wasting their money on this fraudulent company. Also, beware that once you file a complaint with them their "leadership" will stalk you on LinkedIn. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I was searching for Pestle data on Ooredoo, the Qatari telecom company to study industry trends and to my dismay not much is available online in a compact format.
