Utterly, utterly hopeless. No hot water for five days, unable to schedule an appointment because their system is down, fails to respond to e-mails.

I had to contact Switch 2 because of a problem with my payment meter, i turned out it was off line, an appointment was made for an engineer to come an sort the problem out, unfortunately there was a mix up an the engineer didn't have my appointment on his list, but after a few phone calls he did manage to get to me later on the day of my appointment and sort my problem out, so all good.
