I was looking for a Tag Heuer watch as a gift for my son’s 21st birthday, After many days & nights of restless searching I came upon Swiss watches direct. I immediately emailed them about what I wanted, Gary replied within a few hours, he put my mind at rest with his knowledge of all watches. Yes I was a bit sceptical buying online but I can honestly say that Gary Ashley & staff where 100%. I got the watch I was after £525 cheaper than buying from the big boys! It’s now registered with Tag Heuer & with an extra 3 year warranty totalling 5 years🤷‍♂️. If you’re in the market for a decent watch please 100% try these guys you won’t be disappointed.

Have used SWD for each of my kids’ 21st birthday gifts. Prices are very competitive and the watches come beautifully boxed and with all the required guarantees. Quick delivery, however, some watches are ordered in directly from suppliers, so best to check well in advance if you need it for a specific date, in case it’s not a stock watch. Communication is very good, and I have dealt with the same staff members for seven years, which is also reassuring.

Very company to deal with. Watch was much cheaper than on the high street. The company kept me up to date of the order progress and watch arrived just over a week later, quicker than initially quoted.

I wanted a Ladies Tag Heuer Aquaracer Professional 200 Solargraph 34mm in Blue - Sunray. The watch was £2050 on the high street in Nottingham / Derby so I had a look online and found Swiss Watches Direct UK. They were selling exactly the same beautiful watch for £420 less which made me a bit sceptical as to the authenticity and claims they were brand new and guaranteed etc.

I did some searching online in relation to the company as I figured this was ‘too good to be true’. I was proved wrong I could only find good things about them so I decided to purchase my watch from them.

They are an absolutely fantastic company to deal with. Ashley and Garry are extremely professional and emailed me quickly to keep me updated on the likely delivery time for my watch and ask if I had any questions. The timings for delivery were shown as 10-20 working days. I received my brand new Tag Heuer watch on precisely Day 10. It was exactly as described, authentic, brand new, with the Guarantee card enabling me to register my purchase directly with Tag Heuer online and extend the warranty from 1 to 3 years. It came in the authentic Tag box with watch case, instruction booklet and is definitely brand new as it still had all the clear scratch proof plastic attached.

I am over the moon with my purchase topped off by saving £420 from the high street. I would definitely recommend this company, I will be telling all my friends and family about them and will 100% be back for more purchases from them in the future.
