The products have the worst quality, the fit of the footwear is terrible; and when you request a refund, you have to handle the return shipping by yourself, with no guarantees or assistance provided by them.

Do not do any business with this company. I paid for a wool knitted sweater....received a very cheap polyester jumper worth about £5. Not able to contact them...they are an absolute disgrace.....avoid at all cost...

Under no circumstances purchase anything from this company. I paid for a pair of Nike trainers that were not delivered I have sent 17 emails they only replied to one stating that they will not process a refund and have not given a reason why.

They take no responsibility for the quality of the products they deliver, and if you request a refund or file a complaint, they tell you that you have to pay for the return yourself, even when the product does not match the quality advertised\. They are complete scammers\.

Company based in Netherlands, but they take payment in Swiss Francs. I placed an order for a fitted dress shirt. 6 weeks later after several emails and paying the equivalent of £50gbp, I received something that in no way resembled what was advertised. I visit China from time to time and have Chinese online shopping apps. I scanned the photo and found the identical shirts offered for approx £5. I contacted their support team to inform that I would like to return. Reply 1 offer to keep shirt and 15% refund, I refused and stated that it was not as described, Reply 2 keep shirt and 25% refund, still no acknowledgement that they had mis sold the item. I then contacted my bank to initiate a chargeback, and after sending photos from the website along with what I received, I was awarded a refund through my bank. Be aware that what you are buying will not be what you think, It will take a long time to arrive from China and it will be difficult to return.
