I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Swiss Auto after purchasing a very expensive service contract and warranty for 3 years when buying my car from Asian.

I sent my 2024 zero-kilometer car for the first service and to check an issue with the screen. The car was dropped off at 10 AM for what should have been a simple oil change, yet they called me around 4 PM saying the car was not ready and they needed to keep it until the next day. The following day, they still delayed delivery until around 3 PM and even mentioned they might return the car without washing it, despite car wash being included in the contract.

The main reason I sent the car was because the screen freezes, Google Maps has issues, and the AC controls connected to the screen are not working properly. Shockingly, they refused to even inspect the issue unless I paid an additional AED 300 just for checking it.

I spoke with Hamza and explained that I already paid a large amount for the warranty and service contract, but apparently this only covers “major things” like the engine. Nobody explained this properly before selling the package. Honestly, if I have a brand-new 2024 car with zero kilometers, why would I mainly need coverage for the engine? The important thing is proper support and service for the actual issues happening with the car.

The staff were not cooperative, no proper support was provided, and no real effort was made to solve the screen issue. Keeping a car for almost 48 hours just for an oil change is unacceptable.

This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. I regret purchasing this contract and honestly would rather service my car elsewhere instead of dealing with this level of poor communication and support again.

I do not recommend Swiss Auto based on my experience.

I had a very disappointing experience with this garage. They promote service contracts and warranties, but in reality, the actual service provided is extremely poor.

There is no proper documentation—no job card, no service report, and no clear record of what work has been carried out on the vehicle. This is unacceptable for any professional workshop, especially one offering warranty services.

Basic service standards are also missing. The vehicle was not even properly cleaned or vacuumed after servicing, which shows a lack of attention to detail and customer care.

Overall, there is a serious lack of transparency, professionalism, and accountability. I would not recommend this garage to anyone looking for reliable vehicle servicing / warranty . specially with your luxury vehicles

Very bad experience with Royal Swiss Auto Services.

Charged AED 3,800 for a major service on my Jetour X70 Plus, which is almost 5 times higher than other garages. Service quality is poor and not worth the price.

Worst part — no invoice provided even after full payment and multiple follow-ups. Completely unprofessional.

Not recommended at all. Be careful.

Regretting dealing with this company

My car has been with them for over 78 days and not yet fixed.no clear communication, nobody answers me. The engineer assigned to take care of my car reads the messages and never replies.
don't deal with them, you will regret it.

My experience working at Royal Swiss…

My experience working at Royal Swiss Auto was very bad .

I would strongly recommend that anyone considering employment there carefully verify all employment terms, visa arrangements, and exit procedures before joining. Ensure everything is clearly documented in writing and confirmed officially.

Based on my experience, internal communication and handling of employee matters did not meet professional expectations. It is important for job seekers to protect themselves by clarifying all conditions in advance.

Please do thorough due diligence before making a decision.

Pathetic & incompetent Service - Royal Swiss Auto Service, RAK

Really upsetting experience with Royal Swiss Auto Service, RAK.
My husband gave our BMW to them for repair. They kept the car for almost a month and took AED 11,000 from us, but the problem was still not fixed. After all that, they then asked for another AED 15,000 to continue the repair, which just didn’t make any sense.

We decided to take the car back and show it to a BMW specialist. He checked it and fixed the issue for 350 AED because it turned out to be just a minor fault and it was repaired by him in just 30mins

We feel completely taken advantage of — a massive waste of time, money, and trust. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

My experience was extremely bad

My experience was extremely bad for Ras Al kaimah branch. They took the car for service and told me it will be completed same day. Nobody called me and they closed without informing me. I had to spend the evening Travelling In taxis. Next day they refused to deliver the car because I was not home, I had to travel very far to collect it. I raised a complaint and made 14 calls for escalation; they did not call me back. I feel really disappointed with the experience they give me and won’t use them again. Even today; they didn’t call me to apologise or resolve the complaint. I won’t recommend them.

Very disappointing experience with this service center. After sending the car in, it stayed there for many days without any contact from the agent who received it. We were the ones constantly calling and following up, yet he never once answered our calls. All communication had to go through customer service, where we registered multiple complaints — none of which were ever followed up.

It’s now been a week, and we still haven’t received the car report. To make things worse, the car was returned to us dirty and completely uncared for. For a company that charges so much, the lack of professionalism and customer service is unacceptable.

This company are by far the most unprofessional I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, impossible to get a straight answer from as all they do is lie, I would highly recommend steering as far away from this company as possible as they are nothing but hassle.

The worst experience ever

The worst experience ever. Please stay away. They have had my car a total of three months in 2025, each time spans a month with horrible communication, no updates, and continuous issues. I call to complain and it is logged in and nothing is done. Each time I get my car back there is damage to it whether it is grease stains, large foot prints, dust, scratches. I picked up my car completely covered in dust and filthy. It was not washed as promised or ready for pick up. I saw someone’s review mention a Mohammed Reda and that is who I dealt with this time and had a horrible experience. He takes days to reply, gives zero updates, issues that were mentioned were not addressed, the car was handed over filthy both inside and out. I sent him photos and a message and of course there was no answer. I regret doing an extended warranty with them as they are horrible both in how they treat their customers and in handling vehicles. My car is always taken for a month with 2/3 weeks where nothing is done and Im constantly following up, and then the job is literally 3/4 days once they start working. It’s a joke and the prices are so high with labor charges being so high and issues reoccur and am convinced they do not do proper repairs. Steer clear, stay away and save yourself both money and unnecessary stress as the level of incompetence is unmatched .

I deeply regret signing up with Swiss…

I deeply regret signing up with Swiss Auto in Dubai. At first, I paid AED 10,000 for their basic service contract, and later decided to upgrade to their highest “all-inclusive” coverage, paying an additional AED 15,000 or more – thinking I would get peace of mind and premium service. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst decisions I’ve made for my car.

Their contract is misleading, and the service is far from professional. They promise everything but deliver nothing. Every time my car had an issue, it felt like a battle just to get them to acknowledge it, let alone fix it properly. You expect a high level of service for this kind of money, but what you get is poor communication, delayed repairs, unorganized staff, and zero follow-through.

The garage is a nightmare to deal with. It’s clear they are overwhelmed and underqualified to provide anything close to what they advertise. They’ll make excuses, stall the repairs, or tell you something isn’t covered – even under the full contract. It’s all marketing and no substance.

If you care about your time, money, and car – stay far away from Swiss Auto and their so-called service contracts. You’re better off going to a trusted independent garage or even paying per visit elsewhere. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Beyond any compare the worst I have…

Beyond any compare the worst I have seen. Noone knows anything on when the car is done, they give phone numbers that are out of service, they dont call back, they leave you sitting in their offices for hours with no info. Hard to articulate just how bad this is. Stay away.

Disastrous experience with Royal Swiss Auto.

I dropped off my car on June 9 for a simple check engine light issue. On June 12, I was given a quote for a full service, which I accepted, with the promise that the car would be ready in 3 to 4 days.

The reality? No news at all until June 17. I went to the garage myself: the car was supposedly ready, but the check engine light was still on, and worse, the sunroof fabric no longer worked, even though it was fully functional before I left the car with them.

On June 19, I was called back again to fix the engine light, and they told me an approval was needed to repair the sunroof. After that, I heard nothing until June 30. I returned to the garage, only to be told they would not take responsibility for the damage — claiming it wasn’t their fault.

On July 1, they asked me to come at 9 a.m. for a check at 1 p.m., only to tell me that the sunroof fabric was now torn. Still no repair quote, no follow-up, no solution.

To make things worse, one of the staff members, yelled at me several times, saying he “doesn’t have time for my problems.”

👉 This garage is completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and shows zero concern for its customers. I genuinely feel like I was scammed from start to finish.

⚠️ Avoid this place at all costs.

A scammer service

I’m writing this review out of sheer frustration after yet another deeply disappointing experience with Royal Swiss Auto Service in Dubai. This is the second time in a row that they’ve failed to deliver even the most basic level of service, and I feel compelled to warn others.

I had booked a routine maintenance appointment and gave explicit instructions, both on the phone and via WhatsApp, that the team should follow exactly what was indicated on the car’s onboard system. This included checking and replacing the engine oil, transmission fluid, and addressing all alerts and flagged components. They acknowledged everything in writing, confirmed they understood, and I trusted they would carry out the work.

When I returned to collect the car, I was shocked to find that not everything had been done. Despite having paid in advance a full year earlier, and having provided clear, detailed instructions, key items were simply ignored without explanation.

What’s worse is that this isn’t an isolated incident. It’s the second time I’ve had to deal with negligence, poor communication, and a total lack of accountability from this service center. For a company that markets itself as a premium provider, the experience feels anything but.

Royal Swiss Auto has shown me a pattern of unreliability and carelessness that is simply unacceptable. I will absolutely not be returning, and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with their car.
