I am sure that all positive reviews are false or paid. Watch out! It is a Chinese watch w poor quality w a lot of digital marketing in the web.

I love this watch. I have worn it for seven workouts. It appears to be very accurate.

Worst customer service ever!! Be very careful as their return policy is draconian. Bought this is a present for my Son (competitive swimmer) and he tried it TWICE and did not like how it felt on his wrist - 2 days past their 14 day window (14 days is all the give!!!) and total refusal to return and extremely rude. I think it’s a scam as there does not seem to be an actual company behind this product. I guess that is why they don’t sell on Amazon or anywhere else. Beware!!

This thing is freaky good! My favorite aspect of this is definitely the rep counter; I tried it out the first night I got it and both my husband and I couldn’t believe how accurate it is! The design is just great. It looks fashionable worn on both the wrist and the ankle and it is easy to get on/off, but secure enough that it won’t just fall off. I’ve seen some other reviews about losing the sensor but from my experience, I really have no idea how that would happen. It’s in there very securely! The device is light-weight and comfortable as well. The personal coach aspect of the app is SO helpful. I use this most for running. I am not a trained runner, so having those personalized tips on how to improve my running is really helpful. It definitely helps keep me on track! Some fitness apps can be confusing but the Swimmo app is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. I really like the sleep data it provides. It shows sleep time as well as restorative vs light sleep. I sometimes struggle to get a good night’s sleep so having something that will show me how my sleep changes with different variables is very helpful to me. I’ve only had this for just over a week, but it has already helped me lose a little weight as well as deepen my sleep. I’m definitely a fan of Swimmo!

I love my Swimmo, I swim with it daily and shower with it on. No problems what so ever, it is good for 50 meters in the water, much deeper than I will every go! I love it!

I went to physical therapy and got back on my feet again. During this time I kept seeing commercials for the Swimmo Now. It looked awesome and I really wanted to try it. I read reviews and anything I could find about the Swimmo. The more I read the more I wanted to try it. I used it to run a little and noticed it was very helpful right away. I also got a new bike around the same time. So I mixed it up with the workouts the on The Swimmo app. I rode my bike mostly but I ran, and did body workouts.

"I was orphaned by Nike when they announced via email in mid April 2018 that internet and app support for the Nike+ Fuelband was ending April 30. Thus my search for a replacement began.

I started testing the waters with one of those under $30 fitness trackers and was ultimately disappointed. The app was awful, the device above average for the price point. It did expose me to a baseline for comparison.

Fitbit has a great app that can be used for multiple models, including the Swimmo. I like that it integrates heart rate, activity, sleep monitoring, goal setting (steps, calories, miles, etc) and (if the scale is equipped) weight monitoring. It is safe for use in wet environments whether shower or pool and all in all seems well built.

I did order a new band and detaching and attaching was an effort. I don’t know if there is a learning curve as I am not intending to swap bands on a regular basis. Note that while fiddling with the locking mechanism while trying to attach the band, I found the regular touching of the buttons and face of the Swimmo caused alarms to be set and settings/menus being entered/exited. No harm from it, but it added to the difficulty.

Aside from the curiously difficult band replacement, after having used this device for about a week now, I’m pleased with the purchase and the additional capability that came with the app and supporting ecosystem."

I first discovered Swimmo in July 2016 after being an active runner for many years because I was trying to widen my workout activities. My first real cycle was with a Swimmo coach and I found it vital to learn how to tackle hills when it told me to decrease my gears as my cadence had slowed down too much. Then I was able to use the work out to refine my cycling from a commuter to a competitor.

I'm what you called weekend warrior. Usually after workouts, I feel tired, exhausted and satisfied knowing that I already burn a good amount of calories. BUT Swimmo give me a hard slap in the face! Swimmo brutally shows how little calories I burned after a 30 minutes (as I remember) swim. Not only Swimmo shows accurately how long I swim, stroke/m and stroke cycle but Swimmo show i only swim for 10 minutes instead of 30 minutes. Looks like I need to work harder next time. The shadow boxing and circuit training is also fun to do! A great gamification for working out. For all of this, I give this device a solid 5 stars. Great product!

I finally got round to writing a review of this watch and wanted to let others know of my experience to avoid making the same mistake !!
I ordered it in Sept 2017 and it took 4 months to arrive. No updates – just me chasing each time and a promise that the watch would be coming. By the time it arrived I had been diagnosed with breast cancer and was having my 1st operation and unable to swim. Instead, my sister used it for me and reported several issues, as did members of her swim club (not counting lengths accurately/ screen very hard to use/ won’t turn off). I then contacted Swimmo for advice. Their help didn’t rectify the issues when I tried it at home, so asked for a refund. Swimmo refused me; they stated it was too long after I had ordered (the email stated it was only available for 14 days after the watch arrived in Nov – it actually arrived mid Jan !). At that time there were bigger issues to deal with so I forgot about the watch.

It was over a year before I was well enough to swim again, so this year I tried the Swimmo again. I found the screen often non-responsive. The lengths started counting before I had even hit the water and when swimming the length count was inaccurate. Half the time I couldn’t get the watch to end the swim as the screen wouldn’t work no matter how hard I tapped. It happily carried on counting lengths despite being out of the water, and I had to wait for the battery to die before trying again.

I have since been given an Apple watch – it works perfectly. Stops/ starts with ease and counts length and stroke type perfectly.
To sum up my view of this watch… I don’t even feel I can eBay this watch, as I feel it would be unfair to sell it to someone else, as it just doesn’t work!

Received the Swimmo and updated it. Have tried using it several times, and it is failing to count laps and distance, mainly (and oddly) in the middle of the workout. Even wore Apple watch 4 to compare data, and that confirmed the Swimmo problems. Emailed Swimmo for return info and have as yet received no response. Very disappointing.

I have used this Swimmo watch 3-6 times a week for the past three months. Had some issue with sync to iphone in the beginning but after they posted the last firmware and ios apps update, it works smoother. Fairly this watch is doing better then Apple watch uses for swim and other competitors although there is some needs to be improved like detecting the motion once the session starts and pause when motion stops, ON/OFF push switch option so it does not run out of battery often. I give it 4 stars because sometimes the watch just pause while lab swim so i missed some lab counts and couple times it failed to power on before swim no matter how i tried then suddenly the power is on after 10-15 min swim. Hope this is not a recurrent issue. Overall the watch is giving lots of data and a bit bulky but it is made for SWIMMING only NOT for stylist design.

Hello...I have my Swimmo since 4 months and I used it two to three times a week . Here is my thoughts about the Swimmo;
This watch is difficult to use properly compare to other smart watch (function is not easy to set up, neither to be use daily, and by period the sync block so it take more than one try to sync the info in your phone after your swim...the batery doesn't keep long before going down, plus it has no appropriate light in the watch so during your swimg you can't see the info on it). And last week it didn't want to sync with my I'phone at all, like if it was not reconizing my swimmo ....After a week of sending emails to the technical support they answered me and told me what to do ( it was not explain on them manual so without them I will not have being able knowing) which is to plug and unplug the watch from the USB minimum four time until you get the tutorial on your watch in order to help sync with your phone and to restablish the connection. And after they recommand to go in the troubleshooting to "firmware update"... unfortunetly because of it I missed the trainning accomplisshed on that week. This is the reasons why I will not reccomand to buy Swimmo as it is not a cheap buy and it need in my opinion some improvement to be done before being recommand.
