Poor user experience

This application is extremely frustrating to use and practically unusable. I am constantly forced to reset my password because when I log in on one device, the same credentials are suddenly not recognized on another. The system seems overly obsessed with security: as soon as the IP address changes, it claims that the password and account do not match.

The result is that every time I connect from a different device, I must go through a full password reset procedure, which is completely counterproductive and time-consuming.

There are also serious pricing inconsistencies. While checking car rental prices at Sixt, the same BMW iX1 showed three different prices within a short time:

First connection: CHF 70

Second connection: CHF 120

Third connection: CHF 150
This is simply not serious and seriously undermines trust.

They also sell gift vouchers from Manor and Coop at a discount, but the integration is incomplete:

You cannot see the remaining balance,

There is no transaction history,
which makes these vouchers very difficult to manage in practice.

Overall, the user experience is very poor, unreliable, and far from what one would expect from a professional benefits platform.

My data is beeing abused without concent

UPDATE! 2 WEEKS AFTER SWIBECO FINALLY DELETED MY DATA THEIR HEAD OF CLIENT SUCCESS STARTED CONTACTING MY EMPLOYER DEMANDING THAT I EDIT THIS REVIEW.
So if my Data was really deleted, how could my Name be matched to my Employer? This is absolutely shocking! How dare they contact my employer! Beware of this disgraceful "Company's" conduct! I consider this bullying. Should i call the Police? Lets see what they say to your E-Mail regarding myself to a third party, my employer. I think your apology e-mail to all party's should follow very swiftly.



My data was transmitted to this company by my employer, without my consent! Its not my employers fault, they didn't know how Swibeco deals with data protection issues.

After informing Swibeco of the unconcentual usage of my personal data they have, in writing, refused to have my unconsensually obtained personal data that they have stored on their infrastructure erased and are abusing by sending countless spam e-mails to my personal, curated, inbox.

This is unacceptable.

They are hiding behind the "lie" that my employer "owns" my personal details and only my employer can order Swibeco to delete/terminate data to my person.

This is disgusting.

They offer absolutely no personal opt-out option and as their own website states, they resevere the right to distribute my, formally notified; unconsensually stored, data to third parties.

Swibeco is a personal data pirate broker.

This is personal data fencing in the worsted kind possible.

About 12 emails to " The Operatios Manager" xx (1. Here Swibeco demanded in an e-mail to my employer that i remove the name of the person i had contact to) later and im still recieving spam from Swibeco necessitating me to sign up to their service by refusing a direct opt-out option.

I am not angry at my employer, im fuming about Swibecos handling of the situation. The untimely handling of this case by xx ( 2. Here Swibeco demanded in an e-mail to my employer that i remove the name of the person i had contact to) "The Operations Manager", in writing, rejecting to have my unconsensually stored personal data erased upon demand and the fact that this company offers absolutely no unsubscribe to service or terminate personal data usage option to affected users.

In addition: I raised this issue with Swibeco through a Google review. Instead of acting directly on my demand to immediate cease usage of my personal data, Swibeco reported my review and had it blocked from public view. When i use private browsing i can clearly see that my review was removed upon Swibecos request.

I use Swibeco and I really like this solution. I make savings on my food expenses and for my sport equipements. I recommend this solution.

Good product for employees

For three years I have been using the Swibeco platform which works in partnership with my current employer. I am very happy with the offers and their after-sales service! Continue with great offers and excellent customer-care!

I have applied for a job at Swibeco.ch

I have applied for a job at Swibeco.ch. The main task was customer service. The COO who make the interview wrote me an email, she would contact me again. After 3 weeks, I wrote her an email and ask when I'd be contacted again. But there again. no reply. Such poor service. If this is the way they treat the staff, you better getter get away from this company.
