If I could chose less than one star I would. Order placed on 30th of November with next day dispatch promised. Still not received despite multiple emails/messages to company with no response.
Was absolutely disgusted to read posts on owners Facebook page begging friends to leave 5* reviews to cover for their excuses. Which they did, and fooled a lot of people who have missed out for Xmas as a result. Furious.
I bought some curly aniseed from them and it was lovely. I've not seen it for years and i am delighted that someone still sells it. Came within a few days and in good condition.
Have used this company a number of times but service has now deteriorated . Monies removed from account at order , no information of delivery or by whom , the type of service you would expect from an e bay seller , monies were not returned until I requested , no apology for the non delivery . , would recommend avoid this company at present order made 09 01 2018 not delivered as at 16 01 2018. Have now realised from their non action this is an unreliable company it would be interesting too know why the monies are removed from a customers account on placing an order , not just ring fenced and it takes over a week after making a complaint for the monies to be returned , unless you can allow monies to be missed for a week without explanation you should avoid this company
