I bought a pair of shoes from them

I bought a pair of shoes from them. I got the shoes but they were comparable to a US size 11 and I ordered a size 13. I checked with a friend who wears a size 11 and it was the correct size for him, not me. I like the shoes, but I need them in my size.
I wanted to return them. The company said I'd have to pay for shipping back to China, & wanted to just give me a 20% refund instead. I said I preferred a full refund and to pay to ship the shoes back.
They haven't replied to me since then, no refund, no reply, nothing. I've left several e-mails trying to get follow up but I can't get a reply.
I was well within the return period. There is no reason for this to happen.
