I have not received my order and no one has responded to my message I sent regarding it.

I never got it. Contacted help several times, got emails saying they were closed and someone would get back to me and never got this resolved.
Horrible shipping time
I ordered 3 weeks ago, I still haven’t gotten my order. The estimated date of arrival during check out was very incorrect and I’m quite unhappy about it.

I think this company is getting geared up for a major law suit.
I know I am not the only one whose orders are getting cancelled as item no longer available and its also interesting the item is then refunded as store credit rather than refunded. So that people spend more money on the site.
Then they deceive people saying that you must spend 100 dollars in order to get free shipping.
It all smells very bad to me.

I used to really like swap
I used to really like swap, but recently it has gotten really bad. I ended up getting an order where close to the entire order was wrong, and had to fight to get my $4.99 back. I am also not happy with the refund policy where they refund back store credit first instead of using other payment methods. I wouldn't have an issue with this if the refunds were because I just didn't like or want something, but when almost an entire order is wrong, I don't feel this is very fair.
Overall satisfactory
Loved that my selections were on sale and reasonably priced. It took 2 weeks to receive my shirts, though. That was the only downside.

This place is completely mismanaged. Delivery is weeks delayed and package will have missing, incorrect or damaged items and you will never hear back from customer support and will never be refunded.

Shipping takes forever. That is explained in their help section, but I think it should be better advertised upfront. I waited almost a month for the items I ordered. Shipping is also expensive, and you also have to pay shipping for returns. It's also frustrating that you get store credit for returns instead of having the money returned in the original payment form. This is made clear before purchasing, but still frustrating. So much unnecessary plastic is used in the shipping process. Many item descriptions are lacking information. Nothing about the process is very convenient. It was cool to try, but I will stick with physical thrift stores.
Terrible
Terrible. I never got my order, but despite multiple chats/calls/emails no one ever could give me any helpful in about the status of my order. Had ordered shoes for my big trip to Europe and it’s looking like they won’t arrive though I ordered a month ahead of my trip. Very disappointed! Btw -I know there was a significant warehouse problem, but this a about managing customer expectations (or not!).

It has been 21 days since I gave Swap.com my money. Still have not received my order although I have been assured it’s on its way. I won’t be using them again.
steady decline in service
I have grown less satisfied with swap.com over time. When I first began ordering from them in 2016, they processed my orders quickly and were responsive to my inquiries. Now my orders are always delayed, items become "unavailable" in the intervening time and are refunded as store credit (requiring me to continue to use their services or lose the money), and it often takes several attempts before I receive a response to my inquiries. I’ve noticed they’ve also steadily raised the threshold to receive free shipping during the last year or two. And, at least with my last order, they’ve started charging me for returns; returns that are necessary because there are an increasing number of items mislabeled by size (e.g., pants labeled as size 36 on the website that are actually size 43). I hope, but am not hopeful, that things will improve, because I’d like to go back to consistently providing them 5-star reviews like I did through 2020.

Good prices, not worth the hassle.
I like a good deal and have committed to buying used as much as possible. I originally started buying from swap on ebay before trying their website. Well, ebay's shipping guidlines make all the difference.
On their website I was prompted that if I signed up for text alerts I could get 30% off my order. The code didn't work so I responded to one of the half dozen texts they sent me in the first 20 minutes. Person on the other end was like "let me look into it" then nothing and nothing and nothing. I finally placed my order without the discount. And nothing, it never shipped. I texted again and they said it usually takes 3 to 4 business days, well at that point it had been six business days..."let me look into it." Nothing. Next day I get a tracking number with a delivery date more than 10 days out. That was 4 days ago and as far as I can tel the only thing that has been done in terms of shipping is a label has been created.
If I order from them again I will go through ebay, since they have to abide by ebay's shipping terms.

I really enjoy shopping at Swap.com. The pictures and descriptions match the products that arrive. The pieces I get are a great value for the price. I had one small error on my last order, and Swap.com fixed the issue right away. I am very happy and can't wait to place my next order.
Swap.com needs to require higher…
Swap.com needs to require higher standards on their products. The garments stink. I have order several times and received dirty clothes. There is nothing more disgusting and disappointing than opening the little smelly bags they send.
Also! You WILL RECEIVE ORDERS that conveniently have your favorites just dissappear from your order and THEY DO NOT NOTIFY YOU BEFORE SENDING YOUR ORDER. YOU JUST DONT GET IT. Weird.
It's hit or miss. The prices are NOT THAT GREAT. THRED UP ROCKS! Thred up has MUCH HIGHER STANDARDS....and you ALWAYS GET WHAT WAS IN YOUR CART AT PURCHASE. ALWAYS!
