Europe Bewear

Ordered a pair based on them being mentioned in a study. The order was placed on April 23, after a while the DHL tracking showed that the package has arrived in a distribution center in Germany on May 6. I was willing to wait but after a whole month of waiting and nothing changing on the tracking side I requested i refund on May 22. Of course I pay for shipping twice even though I haven't received anything anyways (good job on that business strategy). IDK if this is usual with European orders or what, but Im disappointed.
Tried buying a product to improve my health and Swanwick made me lose that health in emails and waiting. Thanks for nothing)

We never want our customers to feel ignored or stressed over an order, particularly when you purchased the glasses hoping to support your health and wellbeing.

After reviewing the order, we were unable to see a second shipping charge on our end. However, if you were charged additional shipping fees, customs fees, or import-related charges separately, please send those details or screenshots to our support team so we can review everything properly and do our best to help sort this out for you.

Unfortunately, once international shipments are handed over to DHL and customs processing begins, delays can sometimes occur outside of our control, though we completely understand that this does not make the situation any less frustrating on your side.

We genuinely appreciate you giving Swanwick a try and are very sorry this experience did not meet expectations.

I’ve tried many brands and Swanwick is…

I’ve tried many brands and Swanwick is the best by far. The lenses are much better and don’t smear as easy. The frames are the best while others feel flimsy.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service.
The only reason why I took off one star in the review is because the red lenses were too dark for me. But the customer service team jumped right on things to make sure I was happy and an exchange is in the works.

I can tell a difference right away

I can tell a difference right away. I sleep better, but more importantly I wake up better. I need to contact to ask, the furthers are a bit frustrating. They don’t stay in well of bend over to pick something up. The arms are very flexible. I assume there is a reason so I need to find out how to fit them better.

Shipping Times Are Inaccurate

I placed my order on March 26, 2026. Shipping was noted as 5 - 7 days. I accepted that. On DHL’s website, the delivery date is April 7, 2026. This is more than double the shipping time. Buyer beware.

I had no idea how well Swanwick Sleep…

I had no idea how well Swanwick Sleep glasses would work! I literally have tried everything to sleep at night. Dredging to go to sleep let alone wondering how long before I wake up to have to fall back asleep! First night with these glasses I not only fell asleep quickly, but after 5 hours, got up to go to the bathroom and was able to fall back asleep quickly as well! I am so grateful! I can’t wait to travel into different time zones with these! Answer to my prayers! Thank you!

Noticeable difference to my sleep

I’ve genuinely loved the difference these glasses have made to my sleep. I sometimes work in the evenings and had been struggling to fall asleep for a while. Since using Swanwick glasses, I fall asleep much more easily and my sleep feels deeper and more consistent.

I also really love the fit and the qualit, they’re comfortable to wear and feel well made. I’ve already recommended them to several friends and would happily do so again.

Would have been a 5 star except the…

Would have been a 5 star except the order took three weeks to arrive. Granted it may have been out of Swanick's control but not sure why. I can say when I reached out to customer service, they were 5 stars in their handling of tracking my order and kept in touch with me daily. I will order again in future when the need arises.

You should have received a purchase confirmation email at the time the order was placed, followed by a shipping confirmation once it was fulfilled. Sometimes these emails can land in spam or promotions folders, but we’re more than happy to resend both confirmations to you directly.

Regarding the glasses and missing case, that’s absolutely not the experience we want you to have. All of our glasses are intended to ship with a protective sleeve, so if one was missing or the incorrect item was received, we want to correct that immediately.

I really love these glasses

I really love these glasses, I got 3 pairs and absolutely cant live without them now! I work a lot behind screens, this really helps keep my eyes protected, especially after dark!

Swanwick blue blocking over-glasses & the Swanwick red light night light

I have purchased both Swanwick blue blocking over-glasses and most recently the automatic and motion sensitive red night. Both purchasing experiences were different; with the Swanwick over-glasses being in-stock and delivered immediately and the night light being back-ordered but eventually delivered with GREAT communications to me about the eventual delivery date.
The Swanwick Blue blocker glasses are comfy and wonderfully calming. A GREAT add to my night routine. The motion sensitive red night light has been a game changer for less disruptive night visits to the bathroom! I highly recommend both products!

The Day Swanies are great

The Day Swanies are great. My eye strain and dry eyes are no longer an issue working on the computer all day.
I also did an exchange for the night Swanies for a lower strength reader. The whole experience was good with Mika, very accommodating and understanding of the issue.

Great Customer Care!!

My husband has daytime prescription Swannies. He only had them a few months and one of the arms on the glasses became loose and unable to be repaired. I reached out to Swanwick and my concern was dealt with quickly and satisfactorily. They replaced the glasses at no charge! Michaella, the customer service rep., was polite, helpful and efficient! We were very pleased with the speed, ease and resolution of this issue. Thank you Swanwick for a great product as well as superb customer care.
