SCAM
SCAM! They lure people by promising cashback, but never pay - they reject your receipt without any explanation! They ignore all inquiries. And you have to ask BBB to intervene every time. If you're lucky to accumulate money to redeem they block your account under "you're not a real person".

I like being a member of a community…
I like being a member of a community that offers rewards and having great game experiences. Swagbucks offers great rewards for completing interesting surveys as well as having daily quiz games that test ones trivial knowledge to the Xtreme. Accumulate more points for answering quiz questions as well as earning points throughout Swagbucks affiliated organisations when purchasing stuff. The facilitators are fun hip and friendly too.

Mostly good but sometimes frustrating
It is relatively easy to earn points and the extra cash helps make ends meet. Often times the surveys are interesting and it is always fun to see an ad or show/movie that one previews be released. My only difficulty is that at times it appears that one is disqualified for past employment but the job was held over 30 years previous.

Account Suspended Lost $15 Rightfully Earned And Claimed
Please read my review I don’t want you to get caught in Swagbucks and getting unpaid work. Swagbucks WAS amazing. I did little time and easy surveys daily and got $15 in 3 days. I cashed out a $5 Amazon gift card and $10 Reward Link Card. I did a few surveys very easy and answered truthfully. Then after a few days I was able to get $15 and was very satisfied with the app. Today I did a survey and it took forever and then after doing it and answering truthfully I see a popular saying Account Suspended. Very disappointed as this happened after you cash out and I would not be getting my $15 I rightfully claimed. And to mention the survey I did before this suspension for no reason was a low paying survey of 24 SB (equivalent to $0.24). Will report how customer service goes and if they are useful. Stay away from. Will update soon

I've been trying to get my missing SB for 2+ weeks
I've been trying to get my missing swagbucks from creating a SOFI account for over 2 weeks now. I signed up using the correct link, received part of the offer but the other part doesn't say complete. I did direct deposit, received my promo through sofi but swagbucks doesn't show up. I tried to contact customer service but get a yellow box that says the server encountered an error when trying to help...so here we are. It takes forever to get anyone to help and when they do, they told me to contact support another way, which didn't work, and have ghosted me for the last 2 weeks.
