ROGUE CONTRACTORS
This company are contract partners to Virgin Media.
Without any permission whatsoever, Svella marked out our private drive way with paint so they could excavate it to lay internet cable. Fortunately, we were able to stop them in time before they caused untold damage. Never had an apology from them, they failed to remove the paint, and the depot manager also failed to show, as promised. Complained to Svella on the day of the incident, but it was 2 weeks later before heard anything back from them. During that 2 week period suffered much distress with the threat and worry of contractors returning to dig up our drive way, which was only resurfaced a few years ago at great cost to myself and other residents. Been fighting for compensation for a long time, but Svella refused to take responsibility for their actions and the distress caused, so now I am having to pursue them through the small Claims Court. I am now in my 80s and should not have to put up with this. Absolutely disgusting company along with their partner Virgin Media. Be warned...do not allow them anywhere near your property!
