This is an xlnt tool. It will be able to make holes in a lot of various media. Probably not metal. This piece is very well made and it should last a long time. I am quite pleased with my purchase. I would recommend this tool.

In June 2017 I placed an order (58448 USA) as xmas presents for my Grandson who is a Junior Army cadet. To date after at least 12 unanswered emails my order has not been completely supplied to me. Originally they sent a reply acknowledging receipt of my money paid upfront but since then no communication at all on the status of the remaining items of my outstanding order. Wish they were represented here in New Zealand where I could visit them and demand the non supplied items and money back. My order was done through their USA operation? Very disappointing for my Grandson.

I ordered a led flashlight on December 15. I received a confirmation email but nothing else about the package. No tracking info or anything. It was a part of my husbands Christmas gifts. Our 7 year old daughter was so excited to choose a present for her dad. It never came in. I have sent several emails in regards to the whereabouts of this package. No response. I’m at the utmost disappointd and angry!! It’s been a month and one week and still nothing ! 3-7 day delivery??!! Ha!! Funny!! Survivalist depot is a scam!! Thieves!!

Order product on the 14 of dec to include as christmas gift for my mom and GF.
Said 3-7 days delivery. After three to four unanswered emails and no Tracking number I have lost all hope of getting product. today is the 4th of Jan 2018 and still no word from The Survivalist Depo I had simply asked for tracking number to go with invoice number but all communication has gone unanswered.
they however can send me 1 email per day trying to get me to buy more products.
I was also disappointed that there were sales on this light two days after my order.
I would likely go buy this light from one of the shops locally and gladly pay more for real service vs going through this again.

i have paid for 5000Lumen Bright 3 CREE XM-L XML T6 LED Headlamp and I got nothing I email them and no answer I must have send 8 emails now bad customer service stay away from u can get the same things from amazon or ebay I rather pay a bit more for a peace of mind rather than not getting the order ill be contacting my back so I get my money back if I don't hear from them after this review
