I have been trying to get my reward constantly and yet I keep getting it canceled and the customer support completely useless. They don't help with my problems just tell me things I already know without actually helping with the damn issue and topsurveys support actually goes right but streak survey support sucks and even acts like they can't see your message when you know damn well they have no time and no actual help at all.

This is a scam site and I am in the process of taking legal action. The good reviews on here are by BOTS so please do not be fooled. They have conned me for survey amounts, which is bad enough, but I made the mistake of playing a couple of their games. It's frustrating enough when being conned out of money for a 20 minute survey, but try playing a game every day for weeks, hours and hours every day for them to just decline and ignore what they owe you or tell you that the game didn't track and it's not their fault. They will reel you in by paying a few pence for the initial levels, but then when you waste weeks of your time for the bigger rewards - you have no chance of getting them! And you won't get any assistance - it's just repetitive BOTS repeating the same frustrating responses.

I'm sick of these people getting away with this. As I told them, it's not about the tiny amounts of money for hours of your time, it's the fact that they are fraudulent, deceptive THIEFS! I have spent hours trying to take this matter higher up and I am finally getting somewhere. I have had to go to their parent company. If I don't get the outcome I want, I am going to sue! DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE.
