We recently had a level 2 survey completed by Surveyline. They were very quick to provide our quote and once we paid, they survey was booked within days.

We were very pleased with the survey which was carried out. It went into great details and contained many images. It was evident that the surveyor (Elliott) had spent a lot of time in the property and had been very thorough.

The survey was arranged promptly in good time even with two bank holidays for the easter break, scheduling to attend the property the following day and the report was prepared and sent within their proposed timeline of 5-8 working days. Their report was well detailed with helpful explanations, reasoning, photographs, and recommendations. They also recommend other professionals in several areas where we may need assistance in the event we are able to complete on the house.

I would highly recommend them and would use them again in the future!

Incredible but not surprising to see only 5 star reviews for these guys. I have not actually had any work carried out by them but only because my situation has changed and I do not require it now. I still wanted to leave a review as I am really happy with the information and support that I have received from them. I made enquiries due to being in the process of selling my house and the buyers had a survey done and wanted to get a big reduction for works their report showed were urgent. I discussed on email with them how they could help me find out if the report was correct and they provided very clear and detailed information including some sample reports so that I could get a clear understanding of what work covers their report pricing.

In the end, I managed to agree a price with my buyer and so didn't need to use their service but I am leaving this 5 star review as I was so impressed with their service and I would definitely use them if I need a structural report done.

We recently bought a landed property and we engaged Surveyline to undertake a RICS Level 2 Building Survey. It was an easy process where they arranged the survey via the vendor agent just before Christmas holiday. We received a detailed report 1st week in January. The report was very detailed with clear and helpful descriptions including where needed attention supported with photographs. They also provided useful list professional services where needed.
They also offered a very competitive price. We are happy with the service provided and the report.

I used Surveyline recently to get a Home Buyers Report on a house I was thinking of buying. The survey was booked in and James from Surveyline liaised with the estate agent to gain entry to the property. The report was available a week later via a PDF attached to an email. It was very detailed, approximately 82 pages long. The offer of a bound hard copy was also offered. All in all the process was so straightforward and James was available when we wanted to ask questions. I wanted a local, trustworthy company which is exactly what I got with Surveyline. From initial contact, through to receipt of very thorough survey report by James Bland, I have been very satisfied with Surveyline. The only minor hiccough was the slight delay in forwarding the hard, bound copy of the report to me. I'm in my late 70s and find documents in paper much easier to deal with than screens! This delay could, of course, be down to rail strikes and/or the postal service.

Quick response times, always professional, competitive price, easy to read report, prompt delivery and great customer service! Would recommend and would use again!
