I have been answering surveys on this site for a number of years. They provide intelligent and meaningful surveys that I have always found interesting. Their payment threshold is £25 and I have reached the giddy heights of £24.25 so very close to claiming. However, the surveys seem to have dried up, I am no longer receiving survey invitations at all, despite seeing their surveys and answering them on other survey sites. I have approached their help desk via email and via their 'contact us' tab and received an acknowledgement, saying they will answer asap. This was over a month ago and I am still waiting, and they have ignored my follow up emails asking what is going on. Obviously they have no intention of ever paying me and clearly have a company policy of not sending surveys to respondents who are close to cash out threshold and thus, avoid ever having to pay out at all. This is a disreputable company and should be avoided at all costs. There are genuine survey companies out there that will honestly pay out - this isn't one of them!

Survation is one of the best market research companies I have worked for. I have been working with Survation for over a year now, contributing to a wide range of projects with great pay. The training provided is thorough and incredibly helpful, ensuring that you’re fully prepared and confident in your role. The staff are supportive, friendly, and always willing to help, creating a great working atmosphere. Management is excellent and professional, and Overall, it’s been a fantastic experience, to be part of the Survation team.

Great friendly company, interesting surveys

I have been stuck on 24.46 for YEARS. The minimum you can get out is £25. Do not waste your time on these surveys.

Survation is bribed by the Scottish government to provide inaccurate polls.
They have received millions from the Scottish government. Latest "poll" states the Still Not Prosecuted party will return almost 28 snp mps

Harassment cold calling, spoofing numbers and refusing to take my number off the list. Multiple phone calls a day some within the same hour pure harassment. Everytime I block a number they call back on a different one all with the same area code.

Good pay, no pressure compared to the other major market research companies I used to work at. Welcoming environment with piers and supervisors. Lastly, as self-employed role the freedom and independence is balance perfectly.

One of the best tele marketing company I have worked for. From the beginning they have provide me with all the essential training, also provide you with all the latest modern technology to make sure staff are fully equipped. There is always an incentive for team to be initiated and feel rewarded for their work.

To be fair, pre lock down offices (2019) were hands down below par. However, during and post lock down the company has stepped up with efficient working from home tech, more interesting campaigns, raised wage and flexible hours. More importantly, due to the pandemic there has been even more opportunity to work, making it more sustainable for anyone that requires flexible employment.

Flexible, very good pay, work from home which is very pleasant, kind and nice managers, very simple and enjoyable surveys, good shift timings, weekly pay which is also great.

Very flexible to work for, interesting surveys and good management. The rate of pay is very good. There is regular work and you work from home.

Survation is a sweat box. Management dont care much. The place is a mess.The survation Kitchen is VILE.. There Cati system is FLOORED - to say the least; you can wait anything from 2-5 minutes or more to get your next call. If you wanna make a quick £ when they have work and if you want to ask if you can go toilet, be excused to make a coffee. Oh... If you work 9 hours. Survation will be kind enough to give you 35 minutes break. Happy days 😏Go if you enjoyed primary school. Pps the toilet at Survation is a dump also. Coffee cups look like a BROWN DO-DO and the diswasher looks like parasites are close by. If you do work there bring your antibac wipes.

This Survation is a 'survey company' which advertises itself as "trusted" -
It most certainly isn't, I wouldn't touch this company with a bargepole.

Their most recent survey was one regarding Brexit and Theresa May's deals, it surveyed no more than 1400 people to represent the WHOLE of the UK, which has over 67 million people in it, and from that incredibly puny amount of people - who are only people registered on their own website so no care about age, male/female and location - this company states that the whole country feels exactly the same as whatever this result comes out with, therefore making the claims wrong and therefore completely irrelevant.

The survey results did not resemble any of the top survey companies results at all. The amount of people that they've surveyed is way down the bottom of their information, obviously hoping people do not see it.

This company of people are NOT to be trusted, and most importantly nor are their claims.
