If I could give this company one star I would! I called to order flowers after an internet search and ‘Sophie’s flowers’ came up as being local to haymarket Edinburgh. I called and placed an order of £85 bouquet for an ill colleague. I asked George if the company was near Haymarket and he replied ‘yes close by’ - infact the company is not Sophie’s flowers and they are based down south in England. I have no idea where they get their flowers but they delivered what looked like petrol station flowers not even arranged just thrown together in bunches! Two florists advised they were worth around £25 most. They at first offered a refund on collection of flowers back however despite the flowers being placed outside the flat for 3 days they are now refusing to uplift or refund. I have all emails to prove the offer of a refund therefore my bank are pursuing the chargeback after reviewing all evidence I have.
Rude staff now they have my money - Margaret and Melissa - they just don’t want to provide any customer service. George has never raised his deceitful head since taking the order!
