Do not rent from Surprice car rental
Do not rent from Surprice car rental. I booked a car through AutoEurope for Surprice at Cagliari Airport in Sardinia.
I was scammed for 850 Euro to purchase extra additional insurance because they would not accept my valid credit card
Then they debited my credit card again after I returned.
They scammed me, extorted me, threatened me and rented me a poor quality car
Avoid Surprice/AutoOne or you will be robbed by these people.
There is plenty of choice at Cagliari airport. Pay a bit more in order to avoid these robbing criminal scam artists.

Disappointing and Concerning
The car they provided me was a 18 year old Astra estate which already had dents and scratches along with the yellow engine light illuminated, and told me to go along my way.
Returned the car received a return all good note to say no damages, come back home and a month later they tried fraudulently taking over £1300 out of my credit card which thankfully stopped by my card provider as flanked up as fraud!
Very disturbing! Raised with Plant Rental cars as I booked through them!

Not recommended. We rented a large vehicle for nine people and received a car with 204,000 km on it, in very poor condition. Parts of the front bumper were held together with visible screws.
The vehicles were old and poorly maintained, and the attitude toward customers was unacceptable. We would not rent from this company again.
