Needed a large pasta drying rack that was sold out at my local store. Asked customer service when I should expect it because I needed it for a lunch I was hosting. The manufacturer hadn’t shipped it yet, which disappointed me. Then I received it in two days, in plenty of time for my lunch. Thank you to Jonathan Rodriguez in customer service for going above and beyond.

Had an order with a variety of pieces big to small, unfortunately the tiniest piece, a little salt spoon was missing when the order arrived. I reached out to customer service and Abraham Soria responded to let me know they would immediately send one on it's way. Now I have my little spoon and am honestly so happy, since sur la table had everything I needed to finish off my new spice setup and this little piece was the finishing touch.

I had to return an item for credit which was relatively painless given the clear concise instructions. However when the credit was made to my credit card is was for only half of the full amount I had paid. I contacted Sur La Table using its website and recieved an immediate acknowledgement and a promise to get back to me in 48 hours. In 24 hours I received an email with the correct credit amount returned to my credit card. I am very impressed with the attention my complaint was handled.

Awful custumer service!!!
I purchased a class as a Christmas gift for my husband and brother. I just received an email refunding my money with no explanation. I called customer service and the response was "well, you got your money back". This is not the issue, how about trying to schedule another day, how about an apology. Is there no customer service anymore? Thanks for RUINING the one gift I was excited to give my family!!!!

I placed an order to be shipped to my daughter for Christmas. One of the packages arrived damaged.
With just one phone call to Sur La Table Customer Service, they carefully listened to my situation, and after emailing them photos of the original packaging and the damaged goods, they completely took care of the situation.
