Amazing Service
I had a breast reduction and I’m extremely happy with my breasts, I have suffered from back pain and asthma as a result of my breast, I felt immediate relief after surgery. My surgeon was very knowledgeable and talked me through the entire surgery. The SurgeryTR team have been involved every step of the way including post surgery and constantly checkin with me. During my time in Turkey Inesh was extremely helpful with translation and transportation, when I was feeling better he even took me to see some of beautiful instanbul. My healing process was good I was up and walking around after about 5 days and had full range of montuno after about six weeks. I cannot recommend this company enough, thank you all you have changed my life !

Firstly i must say how extremely happy i am to give a true and truthful review i dont normally leave reviews but i had to take the time out to share my experience, 3 months ago i had a 360 liposuction and hip dip surgery by Dr daghan i must say he was brilliant him and his team, i am so much happy with the outcome got so much compliments 😊. My surgeon was very professional.
SurgeryTR had someone meet me at the airport, take me from the hotel to the hospital appointments and arranged transport back to the airport at the end. I was always looked after and everything was explained to me. The surgery was of a very good quality and recovery has been fast.

I had my breast augmentation surgery in January and my experience was amazing from the moment i landed. Dr Dağhan reassured me with how the surgery process will be and made me feel at ease, his assistant was incredible, friendly and very helpful, she still sends me regular contact checking up on me. Breast reduction and lift surgery
I was looking for a trusted place to do my breast reduction surgery as I was already disappointed by another company. I already had my annual leave booked from the 07/01/2022 and really wanted my procedure done. So I went on Google and found Surgery TR as the best recommended one. I was sceptical as I've never been to Istanbul nor had any operation in the past. I was very nervous. But all the same, I sent an enquiry on there page and had an instant respond. Within an hour I was allocated my patient representative who is called Selin. She was fantastic, friendly and professional. We started communicating and within 2 days I was all booked and ready to fly out on the dates I wanted to do my surgery. My dates were not flexible and it was tight. Selin was so friendly, accommodating and made my surgery date possible. She called and we spoke and I felt reassured as I was travelling from UK. I was picked up at the airport and dropped to the hotel and had a VIP treatment. The hotel was beautiful and comfortable with friendly staffs who were ready to help at all times. In the evening, I was texted by Hamza, who introduced himself as my patient host and advised that he will pick me up in the hotel lobby at a given time. He was right on time and arranged for a car to take us to the hospital. He was there with me until after my operation as he was translating for us. He was fantastic, he spend time talking to my son who I went with. My Surgeon Dr Gokhan Temiz and his nurse Hazal and his team were fantastic. They made me feel safe and put me at ease. I usually dont leave reviews as I'm a bit of a sceptical person and they usually take long to write. But honestly, when I read the reviews about Surgery TR on you tube, this gave me confidence in getting in touch with them. So this is why I'm taking my time to write this review to help other people make decisions. Hands on heart, all the reviews I read and listened to were true as I experienced it my self. I want to thank Surgery TR team and especially Selin, Hamza, Dr Gokhan Temiz and his nurse Hazal for everything and for making my journey a fantastic experience. I highly recommend Surgery TR. I found Surgery TR excellent from Start to finish. Damla was very informative re my surgery,costs etc and very quickly responded to any questions or concerns.Sercan met me at the hospital and again, very helpful and informative re what to expect and picked me up at my hotel for every appointment,stayed with me at the appointment and dropped me back to the hotel. Dr Daghan and hospital staff were so caring and professional and Dr Daghan spent time going over my procedure beforehand and saw me several times afterwards.I totally felt at ease with him. One year on and I would definitely recommend this organisation as a very personal experience and I found everyone was excellent.

I have had two surgery’s with surgery TR and the first one was a tummy tuck and breast lift with an arm lift it went well and the second time was a breast lift with Implants a back lift and liposuction and the results this time are fantastic I look so different and I’m happy, I still am experiencing swelling and pain but hopefully that will start to go down so thank you to the surgeon because he had a really good vision and did an amazing job executing it

15 weeks post op BBL
I’m currently 15 weeks post op after my BBL with Dr Mehmet Hasim Guner all booked with Surgery TR. I LOVE my new body. I get so much compliments from everyone and I have this new level of confidence like you wouldn’t believe. My recovery was a breeze, I had no issues whatsoever. Surgery TR really made this journey a breeze and I would highly recommend them. I’m already in the process of booking a breast augmentation through them. If anyone is thinking of getting a BBL in Turkey my advice is book through Surgery TR, do in-depth research into your surgeon they offer you to make sure they are right for you and put the effort into your recovery because you achieve your maximum results by putting the work into your recovery. Months ago I was searching in your website to find the best hospitals in Istanbul to have a facelift.
After a lot of surveys I decided to go with SurgeryTr in Istanbul. They looked very convincing and experienced when I chatted with them.
They wanted me to send them 100 Euros to fix my time and they booked me their hotel and transfer.
When I reached there it was Friday and they wanted to meet me on Monday morning. They insisted to have just cash before the surgery and when I tried ATMs there I found out that the wages would be so much and I couldn't withdraw a lot of money at the same time.
I thought it would be suspicious!
I told them and they wanted me to transfer money by Europeunion website.
Actually since I hadn't met the doctor and I didn't know what exactly they wanted to do with my face and what price , I told them I need a consultation before the surgery since I don't know what I really need to do with my face and then I would transfer the money!
On Monday they picked me and I found out that there is no hospital named SurgeryTr and they just took me to a random clinic!
They did a blood test and left me with an angiocatheter in my hand and forcing me to pay money!
It became 9 o'clock when the doctor finally came and he suggested me to do a facelift , neck-lift and Belaphoroplasty and fat injection to face lip bullhorn augmentation but he said he would do lip lift in another session. They told me it was the package which coast 5600 Euro.
We talked about this package beforehand but I just wanted them to meet me via internet to see if I would need those changes since I didn't think I would.
I told them if I wanted to skip belaphoroplasty and neck lift, and replace a mini facelift instead of full facelift how much I should pay and they told they could reduce just 200 Euros!
I was feeling really uncomfortable since I was cornered in an unknown clinic with three women who were really disrespectful and awful and they were pushing me to pay as soon as possible since the surgery time would expire!!!
I didn't know what to do and since I hadn't time to think and the women took my phone to transfer the money but fortunately it was not successful. after some tries they gave back my phone and said the time has fortunately expired , took 200 Euros for the blood test!!! and left me there with angiocatheter and a painted face which was not removable by washing.
I just left the clinic and tried to find another hotel to get rid of them.
After a while they called me and told me that they wanted to book me another surgery appointment again and I said never after what they did to me.
I was in their hotel 3 nights and 2 days and they used taxi two times for me and I had already paid 300 euros to them.
They began to threaten me that if I didn't want to pay 100 Euros more for the clinic they would inform police..,.
I just wanted you to know that when you suggest clinics and doctors you have to dig a little more to find out who they are.
There's no clinic named Surgerytr and their treatment was beyond horrible since I was thinking I am with a human trafficking band and I didn't know what would happen if I accepted to go under anesthesia or surgery.
They just wasted my time and my money and it was the worst journey that I had in my life.

We require a small deposit payment in order to make your reservations in advance. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total balance, later. This is one of our clinic policies. In addition, we have the email that you wanted to pay the deposit for your booking process so we did not force you to pay the deposit. We never force our patients for a deposit payment.
Your operation date was clear when you booked your flight tickets. You were informed by your patient representative and confirmation email. So you knew your operation date before your arrival. In addition, after sending your flights, we also sent your itinerary, which was your schedule with us.
We always inform our patients that we usually accept their payment in cash multiple times. You can see the information from your package email at the very beginning, until all of your confirmation emails. You said that you got robbed and we wanted to help and make the process easier, that’s why we advised ATMs to withdraw your money. Since you said you couldn’t withdraw money, we said we can make an exception for you and we recommended Western Union. It was Western Union, not the European Union website. It is very safe and easy to make the transfer internationally and it is valid and official in almost every world country.
Surgery TR is one of the best clinics that gathers and works with the best doctors, hospitals and hotels. You also knew about us since you sent your inquiry to our clinic via WhatClinic. You reached us for a facelift inquiry.
It was your operation day and after you see your doctor, all of our patients are expected to pay the balance amount in the operation day before their surgery begins.
Our doctor recommended Lip Augmentation for another session since you might have swellings on your face after the face and neck lift operations. In order to achieve the best and healthiest result, we recommended this plan. You were also informed before your arrival, on the 11th of November via email. Since you will be here for 10 days, it can be done while your stay if your recovery period was going well as stated via email before.
Our nurses were trying to help you to pay since you asked for help and said you didn’t do Western Union before and some information was Turkish. In order to help you and make the process faster (since all parties, you and the doctor, agreed on everything about the treatment plan), they helped you. The hospital has strict rules about the punctuality of any operations for that reason, we all needed to be faster since the consultation was over and you agreed on everything. After the cancellation of your surgery and rescheduling your operation day, the hospital requires the test cost of the pre-operative comprehensive tests that you had. Furthermore, your test result would be valid for the next day’s operation so you would not need to take all comprehensive tests again. We also talked to you over the phone while you were still in the hospital and you said okay and you asked for 2 or 3 star-hotel since you wanted to pay less; however, we informed you that we only work with 5-star hotels for our patient satisfaction rate. Then you said okay, you will go back to your hotel but you didn’t. Then we could not hear from you for a couple of hours.
Since you left the hospital, without our knowledge, we couldn’t cleanse your face. If you waited for us, our nurses will help you to remove the drawing. It was a special surgical pencil that plastic surgeons use all the time to plan their surgery before the operation. We tried to reach you that day but you were so close for any communication from us. We tried to reconcile with you but you did not allow us to do it. The next day, when we called you, you said that you already left Turkey but then, hours later, you said that you were still in Turkey.
You stayed for 3 nights (26, 27, 28th of November) and 4 days in our hotel facility. You were supposed to pay for the services that you used, Dear Ramesh. But you didn’t pay for our services. We just want our money back for the services that we provided. Even though any patient cancels the surgery, if they use our services like accommodation and transfer, they are obliged to pay for the services that are used from our facility and clinic, including pre-operative tests. We also do not accept threatening claims. You were never threatened by us. You are the one who threatens us, unfortunately.
You were informed of every information required from our clinic including your operation date, cash payment, our clinic services, hotel and hospital before you booked with us. We always had our understanding even though you threatened us or blamed us that we asked for the services that you used for. You were also pleased with these services, no complaints at all. There was no problem or inorganization. We are very transparent when it comes to explaining all details to our patients before their booking process.
It’s deeply sad that we even did not disturb you to pay the remaining money. We asked for the next day and two days after your operation day since we needed to pay the hotel. You first wrote your patient representative that “send me the exact payment receipt and I will of course pay If I am still owed.” on the 29th of November at 11:24 am. Then we sent your invoice and you accepted to pay and you also asked “Next week when I go back home, I will pay your payment. Now I have to think about going home safely.” Since one week is long, we wanted the money ASAP. There is nothing wrong to ask for money from those who used our services and canceled their surgery with us as soon as possible.
We do not accept any of your accusations since we have all proofs like your hospital records and test results, all emails, your flights, your itinerary, your hotel accommodation record for 3 nights, your airport transfer record with our VIP car and all conversation between two parties. We always care about our transparency policy for all processes. You totally abused us and our goodwill. We are always nice and patient towards you; however, you underestimate our company and clinic. We will use all our rights and are ready to take all legal actions for your accusations and slanders in order to keep our image and reputation in a good way. We are ready to submit and present all documentation as proof.

Thank you to Surgerytr for the excellent service that they provided to me from start to finish. My service before arriving to Istanbul was by Selin who was very prompt, efficient and professional. The taxi service, hotel and hospital was very good. Once I got to Istanbul the lady that took over the service was excellent. She picked me up from the hotel and took me to the hospital and checked me in. I was plesantly surprised when I woke up from surgery to see that she was still there. Her face was the first thing I saw which was reasuring for me. She was also there to check me out of the hospital and provided me with the medication that I would need. She picked me up for me check as well. She was extremely efficent. I would have liked to have named her but I am very bad with names and felt embarrassed to ask her name again once she had introduce herself in the beginning. Both her and Selin checked up on me to make sure I was okay.

I am very happy with results only 9 days post op and already feeling great , I would highly recommend I’m very happy with results doctors and nurses at hospital are brilliant and was treated with great care.
