DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This is a company that I advice NO-ONE to deal with. The dress I ordered came late, was the wrong size and the quality of the material, poor. When I requested a refund, I was offered $4 and told it would be better for me to sell it myself. I wanted a complete refund so decided to return it, photographing the tracking number and writing the address in Chinese as well as English. I had no response whatsoever when it arrived and I have heard nothing since. £65 totally wasted!

Avoid at all costs!
Had the most appalling experience with this company. I ordered a dress for $55.99 that looked lovely in the pic. It arrived after nearly a month bearing no resemblance to the pic. It's a cheap ill fitting rag. I've been in correspondence with SureDresses for weeks now via email (they're based in China) and all they will offer me is $6 or for a refund, to send the dress back, bearing the cost of shipping to China. and risking (they keep telling me) the likelihood of if getting lost in transit). Shabby products and service and I'm £45 lighter!
