Terrible! I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order. We received the goods promptly, which I thought was great - however, when I opened the package, the items were unfit for purpose. I called to ask to return, or to get a refund, or a replacement (I am reasonable, sometimes, things go wrong). I was given a litany of abuse. Avoid at all costs. Money down the drain. DO NOT USE.
Total con merchants never go near this company in a million years. They are dishonest and will try to steal your money.
Same problem as the previous two complaints. Found them via ebay then went to their own website to place an order.
They were communicative by email prior to placing the order but now are totally unresponsive by email or phone.
As of today (18/01/18) their site appears to be down and they cannot be found on ebay, facebook or other social media sites.
Paid via credit card so have raised a dispute and my money will be refunded.
Not a company to deal with.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM / TOTALLY HORRIBLE PERSON/S RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. AVOID THEM.
To summarise I purchased goods from a company on the internet that was based in London and have not received them.
The company website is supplies-express.com and they sell building materials. They also go by other names as they have done so in the past.
After looking into this after my purchase it would indicate that this is a rogue / scam company. That has no interest in delivering goods. They give fake details, emails, their grammar and use of the English grammar is terrible.
I am not impressed that VISA authorised such a transaction like this as looking into the finer details this seems to have happened before under different company names etc.
Their web site is professionally done with SSL certificate and MacAfee Security pop up protection; I had no reason to doubt the build of this business.
I have also found this company on eBay with the same issues. Lot of negatives, undelivered goods. Shame on you eBay.
I am also taking this to Trading Standards, eBay, EU complaints, Police etc.
They change their addresses often, but you can find them on company’s house.
