Terrible company

Terrible company. I never received my order, when I notified them they sent me a one line email reply “Contact Canada Post”. I ended up disputing the transaction on my credit card. Will never order again, horrible experience!

I find it strange this company has so…

I find it strange this company has so many bad reviews. I ordered first time with no issues (except mail being delayed - but that’s not there fault)

WARNING

WARNING: TOTAL SCAM BEHAVIOR. Avoid Supplements Canada at all costs. Their website claims they treat orders as "customers, not boxes" and aim for "110% satisfaction"—it’s a total fraud.

I placed Order #25011 on Oct 19. They botched the shipping label by omitting my unit number (even though it was correct in my confirmation email). When the delivery failed, I reached out to "Rick" and the company multiple times over three weeks. They GHOSTED me. No response, no support, no integrity.

Even after their own courier confirmed the parcel was "Returned to Vendor" on Nov 17, they kept my $131.97 and stayed silent. They are happy to take your money, but once they have it, you don't exist to them.

I only recovered my funds because I filed a formal chargeback with TD Bank. Look at the other reviews—this is their business model: ignore customers, ship expired products, and keep money for undelivered goods.

Don't be the next victim. Shop at any other supplement company even Amazon instead. This place is a disgrace to Edmonton businesses. 1/5 Stars.

Thieving company

Thieving company, cost me $135 and thry claimed my order was delivered to my old address. Got a sparky response from them like it was my fault. Previous order got to me fine but my fault they used a different courier and sent to my 2 year old previous address.

They don't care about the Customer. Shop elsewhere!

Contacted them recently for some additional details about a product they currently have on sale (the expiration date). Nobody bothered to reply. No worries. I'll shop elsewhere. Gotta love the new Canadian mentality that's seeping into businesses. They just don't care about the Customer any more. I don't understand why. It's not like they would be sending me anything for free. I was a prospective paying Customer. Not anymore.

In case dots are to be connected…

Was the victim of a credit card fraud and there were two purchases on Supplements Canada before I cancelled it. I have reached out to them for their cooperation in reporting it to the police. Seeing the numerous reviews of non-existant customer service, I will leave this post here until they reply…

Placed a wrong order with these guys

Placed a wrong order with these guys. Tried to cancel it minutes after placing it. Even reached out to three different email addresses on their website. A week later I received notification that the items had shipped and still haven't received ANY response back two weeks later. Absolutely garage customer service.

Great for buying extra-large serving items

Not sure how there are so many bad reviews on supplements Canada. I have placed multiple orders with them and have had nothing but great experiences. They have a huge selection with lots of sales, I personally like that they offer larger serving products that other places don't carry. There was an amino acid recovery product that they offered in a 73 serving container and the most I could find on any other website was the standard 25 serving container. Yes, there is no "free shipping". If you spend over a certain dollar amount you get a "shipping credit". Might not be the best if you are ordering one normal sized product, but if you place a larger order and shop the sales it is definitely worth it! Also very quick order processing and shipping

Bad customer service

Ordered a 2 of a certain sized shaker, wide mouth 1 litre bottle, they sent me a standard 1L shaker, I sent an email and the reply was “ they are both 1 litre” when that’s not what I purchased, totally different product.

Really bad

Really bad. They only offer "Free shipping" over 149 and only if its a tiny amount. If you add a protein and one other small product to your shipment, your OVER their free shipping limit. Any deals that you can get from them are KILLED by shipping. Their customer service is terrible. Tried emailing them about expiry dates on their products, no one replied. I contacted them on facebook and after 3 messages someone asked if I needed help and then NEVER ANSWERED ME! Order from supplementsource. WAY better

WARNING!!!!

WARNING!!!!! Avoid purchasing from this vendor. I bought 4 boxes of protein bars. All 4 were out of date when I received them. I tried calling the customer service line multiple times over several days and it just rings endlessly. There is not even an answering machine. I tried emailing them several times to request bars that were not expired or a refund but received no response. It shows a lot about a company that will rip you off for a few dollars. Popeyes Supplements has much better customer service and actually responds to inquiries or issues. Body Energy is also another great option that seems to actually care about their clients.
