As with most of the reviews, I too have been scammed by this bunch of scumbags. No goods, no response to any of my emails. Phone number just has covid answerphone message. Do not deal with them. You will loose your money!!

Placed an order on the 14th of December, still did not receive it and no money back. Was trying to reach them via email, no answer and no answer by phone

Going through small claims court and will submit a complaint via citizens advice.

No communication at all , their voice mail message is 4 years old , should have read the reviews before ordering, have contacted my bank to get my money back, how are companies like this able to take people’s money ? Should be investigated

When will Mastercard and Visa get hold of this company.. spent 500 odd quid with them and no contact. Okay I'm sure my cc will refund me eventually but why oh why are they still allowed to trade ?? It's theft if there is no intention of supplying these goods, I've reported the website to The National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) who have the power to investigate and remove scam websites. It's free to report a suspicious website so im hoping by writing this more will do it, only takes a minute. By reporting suspicious websites, we can help them stop cyber criminals and protect others online.

Ordered a tailgate emblem for my Land Rover 1+ month ago. Received the invoice, my credit card was charged and.. nothing. I've followed up once/week for the last 4 weeks, still nothing. Filed a dispute with my credit card company. Just hoping I don't get charged again. Should've read the reviews, what a joke...

The same as everyone else, they kept says they were going to post it and it was in their warehouse, it took 6 weeks to arrive and was the wrong part, I asked for refund and they said NO, I claimed on my credit card to get my money back. 4 months later they asked me to return the wrong part, with threats of bailiffs!

This company is a complete scam, they will take your money and you will NOT receive your goods, they are scum, definitely do not order anything.

Scam. No item, no refund & no correspondence after paying for the part. Had to raise a case with bank to get my money back. Horrible people, even worse company.

This company is a complete scam. I ordered a Land Rover wheel cover on 5/12 as a Christmas gift. When I enquired when it was being delivered I was informed that I should Walt 4 weeks and that refunds were no available. After the 4 weeks my enquiries were met with rude and offensive replies, I was called a numpty and a nag. I finally got my money back from my bank.

All looks legitimate and trustworthy from their website… placed an order, received an invoice then nothing…. Asked for an update on the order after 2 1/2 weeks… nothing …. Asked for a refund … nothing

Do not buy anything from this company. Ordered parts over 3 months ago, still nothing arrives. Many emails sent, but no reply.

Please avoid this company, I placed an order in November 23 and like many customers they communicate well until you pay then nothing. Been trying for last 4 weeks and no response on the phone or e-mail. I am taking legal action and via bank.

Ordered some wheel nuts, replied to all my questions prior to the order. No reply since and over £100 down. Absolute scam of a company
