The driver actually tried to deliver to my address. I live on a mountain and the bigger names try to leave at the post office rather drive up the mountain. Suggest your drivers wait a few minutes to get to unlock the door.

i could not add my coupon code to the system when i made an order as new customer. i added a note to the purchase requesting for a compensation. no response. i sent a mail and got an automated response...after 2 reminders and 2 weeks still no response...

The worst experience buying supplements in 40 years.
I've been buying vitamin and mineral supplements for nearly 40 years. Supersmart has been the worst experience of my life in dealing with a supplement retailer. it was a week before I got any email notification that my order was being shipped. And then I had to contact Supersmart again days later just to get some tracking information. After MORE than 2 weeks, the package had still not left Florida. When it shipped, Supersmart used the cheapest (slowest) method to ship. It took nearly a month for me to receive my order after it was shipped, sitting in hot warehouses along the way- not good for supplements! NEVER again. Save yourself the headache and find a different supplier for your supplement needs.
