Don't understand that people are rating…
Don't understand that people are rating them as 5 stars just because it is easy to buy ticket... what about service they provide? In my case the ticket was cancelled by Norwegian and I had to request refund from Supersaver. They do not read e-mails, you only get automatic generated answers. To get an answer from them you will need to hang on the phone for 40 munutes and when they hear about refund the answer they give is that they do not have any information from airplane company about the cancellation, or they say that you will be redirected to another agent, who will be able to answer you. Of course, noone answers and you have to wait on the phone for ages. This company is a fraud, in my opinion. My advise is to buy ticket with any other company. You will only "loose" 10 or 20 euros, but you never know what can happen with your reservation.

Do not use Supersaver. If something goes wrong with your flight, the airline company sends you to the supersaver (because they are the customer) and supersaver do not reply with anything than automatic answers

Bitten twice
Two times now I’ve booked with Supersaver without success. 2018 in October I booked and the agency had to refund the money after a problem occured. This time again after booking and even receiving a travel document, I get a regret email that my booking has been cancelled. There’s obviously a genuine reason and it’s alright but I have to be convinced to try another time. But I appreciate that the notice came in good time.
