The patch has been leaving dark red marks almost like scratches. Has this happened to anyone else? It doesn't feel like a scratch, doesn't hurt or itch. Just looks bad

7 months after a order never received and paid extra fees for a new delivery never received neither, still haven't been refund ! Is that normal to loose so much time and more than 200€ with SuperPatch ???

Used the freedom patch for headaches and worked within a couple of hours without taking any meds . Highly recommend

I have been trying to cancel my Super Patch account and request deletion of my personal data, as is my legal right under GDPR. Despite multiple clear and written requests, they refuse to process the cancellation unless I fill out a specific form, even though I’ve provided full identification and cited privacy laws.

Their own corporate emails clearly state that there are zero membership or annual fees, so there is no legal reason to block my request. Yet they insist on forcing me through unnecessary bureaucracy, even after I informed them that I never agreed to any automatic renewal.

The communication is robotic and repetitive. I’ve made it very clear that I do not wish to continue, and that I will pursue legal action if needed – still, they ignore the core issue and keep repeating the same script about their “internal procedure.”

This is not a user-friendly or ethical company. It’s simply impossible to close your account in a normal way, and it feels like they are deliberately trying to wear you down so you give up.

Avoid them at all costs.
If this is how they treat data privacy, I would not trust them with anything sensitive.

Here are some real FACTS about the super patch.
1) scientist; David Julius & Ardem Patapoutian are Nobel prize winners in 2021 for the technology that took over 15yrs of research and studies. Look it up before writing stupid comments.
2) Is FDA registered, because is FREE of drugs and medication, NO side effects. super patch does not claim to cure any disease.
3) what should SCARED everybody is all the meds out on the market APPROVED by the FDA regardless of the dangerous side effects that these meds come with. Do yourselves a HUGE favorite and before you take a single pill again STOP and read the side effects that y'all consuming and provided by your trusting Dr.

Terrible, awful customer service. They sent patches I never ordered and charged my credit card $202.45. I immediately returned the package unopened. It has taken over a month of frequent emails to finally get $193.95 refunded to my credit card. No explanation for the missing $12.50. Be warned!

This company is shocking! They are the reason MLM gets a bad name! Customer service is the worst. Don't waste your time or money with this company especially if you are a network marketer.

Horrible customer service if you want to return something, you better get a notepad and a pen out. I’m a business owner myself and I’ve never seen customer service so horrible about returns or even a fixing issue to keep a customer. They rather just push you out the door then just send some more patches

Ok well first off you need to just use a little common sense, if it was some miracle patch then all the Pharmaceutical companies would have closed there doors. They haven’t . So this tells me there is a chance it may or may not work . But leaning more to not like it says. Science is facts , like it or not to get rid of the pain a Vicodin will kick that toothaches ass and putting a over priced piece of plastic on my stomach will leave me still in pain but now mad , broke and feeling a lil dumb. Placebo test work for a reason, if you tell the brain something enough times or the comes from the right person it tends to work on some people. So to round this up if you spent $60 on this you probably had the money to waste and the company is also selling bridges that come with purple unicorns 🦄…….

I have used the liberty patch faithfully for almost a year. I will testify that this patch has saved me from falling many times. I am 76 and don’t wobble anymore. I have great confidence that this patch has solved my problem and fear of falling.

Absolutely DO NOT invest with this company. I have complied with ALL of their steps for a full refund and I am well past the 15-20 business days for return of my investment. HUGE mistake - run from this "opportunity." I continue to email and receive "canned" responses about the return of my funds. So they have their product and my money.

Okay, I'm an Ivy League educated 4th gen hypochondriac Christian Scientist who had an atheist neurosurgeon as a stepfather. I also lived in China. I AM PRETTY CERTAIN...most of this...is placebo, AND, also, that there is some "chi" ie electromagnetism effect...in play. How I came to buy $400 retail? I found a stack of 28 packs at the Catholic Charities thrift store in a rural part of northern Maine, fifty cents each. I decide heck yeah praise the lord and pass the supplement snake oil ammunition, I'm going to have a patched up couple of months. VOTE YES. but not at $60 a pack of 28 unless you have money to burn. Would not let my grandparents buy these were they still alive. WOULD put one on my teenager. Shalom.

I agree and have contacted an attorney for reply threatening emails ! Product and pyramid scam from the start ! Praying on older people too ! Discusting people and products. I’m calling the FDA as well . Please do the same !
The FDA has already responded !!!! More needed. Start by googling FDA complaints on class 1 medical device claims. Written and verbal. Class action lawsuit anyone 👍

I have been using this technology for two years! This technology definitely helps! I’m no longer dizzy when I wear Liberty and I’m more stable… defend helps with my immunity and after the months my I no longer have to take lopid for cholesterol! The sleep patch only works for me if I also use a peace patch bc it brain and then I can sleep! This is no joke! Apparently the people that think this doesn’t work don’t understand how it works. VTT seems a code to your brain through your senses to help with different things! The pain one helps but not a lot until I started putting it closest to my pain! I love these patches. I have for auto immune diseases and a bunch of metal in my back! If it wasn’t gonna work for someone, I would definitely be me, but it does work hands-down!!

Complete MLM SCAM

Pissed Off is the word for me, I asked for a refund the company granted the refund since April 4, 2025. I have not received it yet!! I have spoken to the customer service representative several times. Every time, the agent keeps stating that the accounting department is working on the refund! What a bunch of hogwash!! I was willing to return their products because they do not work for me !!! They told me to keep the products! " I WANT MY MONEY"

@Karen Hickman, you used the wrong patch, liberty is for Balance, Freedom is for pain.

Despite doubts from the start, I decided to try the "Freedom" patch for balance issues. Does nothing at all, except irritate the skin. How do these people get away with their claims?

I got the Freedom patch. I looked up the ingredients -
the only ingredient is polyethylene a plastic. Nothing for pain.
It is a scam.

I tried a super pain patch and one for pain. I also tried the freedom.
After wearing the pain patch for three times, I noticed unusual rash on my arm where the patch was the third time I used it
I blew it off and later that evening I got wobbly, and I felt weak so I pulled off the patch, and there was a rash
15 minutes later, I felt better and then wobbly and Witness went away once I remove the patch
I also tried the freedom patch, and I got no relief
I have an auto immune disease and I wonder if it works differently on people with an auto immune disease, so I’m asking the question how many people out there have an auto immune disease I got a reaction from wearing the patch?
