I ordered a 20-inch ReadytoGo wig, but what I received is a huge disappointment firstly it requires me to cut the lace myself 😞. It’s thin, light(wispy), and shockingly even way shorter than my old 16-inch wig making it impossible to wear out in public😩. I asked for delivery to my work address, but they sent it via PostNet without my consent . The wig is terrible, I raised this concern with the seller, but they insist it meets their “measurement standards,” which is unacceptable. Extremely frustrated with both the product and service 😤. Communication from the seller has been slow and dismissive. I am unhappy with both the product and service! ⚠️

Collected my order on Friday, VERY UNHAPPY AND DISAPPOINTED. Wig1-lace closure 4x4 isn't centered properly which will affect how I try to part and style it(they said to just cut the lace off) Totally disregarding that I have said it's not centered properly. Wig2- is supposed to be 10" but it's way shorter than the one in the videos, my 10" comes up just below my ear. Why is it that they advertise a longer looking 10" but deliver a more 8" looking wig. I tried to consult with Superlove and they didn't give me an proper solution and now they're ignoring me. They asked me if I measured it. I need to know if they calculate 10" including the uncut lace.

What I ordered is not what I received. I placed an order for a glueless wig but I received a wig that needs installation.

Please don’t buy from them ! They give good hair to their favourite influencers.The hair is just not good , thin hair. So much breakage and fall out . Customer service not good they act like they don't understand English . You write them on Instagram they send you to whatapp only to ignore you . Very disappointed.
