I was slightly concerned ordering as the latest reviews weren’t so good, but I couldn’t find what I ordered elsewhere, so I took a chance and it was all good! I received an email a few days after ordering saying my item had been dispatched, and it arrived a few days after that. Order to delivery was less than week. Based on this experience, I would use them again 😊

Ordered a number of items a week ago, not arrived or had any update on delivery. Tried to email, no response...

I I ordered a pack of buckwheat crackers, which was supposed to be delivered within 3-5 days. However, there has been no update on my order status—it still says “preparing shipment” in the shop’s app. I reached out to customer service via email, but I have received no response.

At this point, I don’t trust this company at all. I hope I get my money back, but based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Very disappointing.

I ordered 7 items. I waited a week without any confirmation of it being dispatched so I emailed them to see if it had been sent yet. I received a dispatch confirmation for 4 of the items and the other 3 refunded without explanation. If I knew I wasn't getting the 7 items I ordered I wouldn't have bothered. I've still had to pay the full amount for p&p. Not happy.

I ordered Hemp Seeds and when they were delivered the bag was completely burst and the seeds were everywhere. They refused to replace them without photographic evidence.

no way of contact, all links lead to nowhere, avoid.
will take your money and possibly give you the goods but still, no way to complain, my account is broken, no way to login and contact functions broken, no phone number, no response through messanger or email (well not yet), got my stuff eventually.. was with a neighbour but no info left or photo etc and links broken.. complete guesswork

This shop is not really a shop as such, it is a front for a plethora of amazon vendors. I just got my order today, which came in like 15 separate packages all at different times from different vendors, all in amazon boxes. If I wanted to order from 15 different amazon sellers I would have done so.

Really feel tricked by this. As Amazon probably figured, I ordered quite a few things only because I thought it was efficient to order all from one business. But this was not the case. I received separate confirmation emails for each product as well. Incredibly inefficient and deceptive.

I ordered 1st Dec 2024, 10 days later no sign of a delivery. 2 days ago I emailed them, still no reply. Appalling customer service, dreadful turn around on orders.

I stumbled across Superfood market whilst looking for an item I usually buy at Holland & Barrett, & as it was out of stock I purchased some Soya Protein powders from this company. Gemma Mark & co..kept me up to date through regular emails & even a text to say about delivery. Excellent service. I will be ordering more in the future.

First time ordering from Superfood Market. Good price on Dri Pak Laundry Soap. Excellent service, kept informed by email of progress of order, ordered on Friday delivered Tuesday. Will definitely use again. Well done.

Clicked through from an ad for a particular item. Ordered that item plus another thing.

FIVE DAYS LATER I get a dispatch notice. An hour after that they let me know they are refunding the item I actually placed the order for for nebulous reasons and will not be sending it.

If I’d known they didn’t have stock I wouldn’t have ordered from them. The fact that they (presumably deliberately) wait until after dispatch to let me know they are not sending the whole order is very dodgy.

Avoid this company.

Pleased to be able to order easily and quickly with no problems plus speed of delivery. Happy to recommend.

Excellent almond butter. Great with a good high fibre bread for the healthiest of breakfasts.

Fabulous prices! i am a known Amazon shopper - the drivers on this route know me well! Lately though, I have noticed that what was once a bargain on Amazon now is not. Scouting around, I came across Superfood market and was delighted to see exactly what i was looking for for about half the price of Amazon. The special tea I drink is hard to find as it is a lesser known brand - but they had it and for a reasonable price too. From here, I was amazed to see all sorts of wonderful healthy products i use regaularly - and at really fab prices and with very speedy delivery. Just so impressed and so happy!

Easy ordering, prompt delivery. Parcel well packaged and was delivered earlier than expected. Very happy with service will definitely order again
