The rechargeable battery back I ordered expanded and leaked acid on the first use. I sent it back and they claimed to have never received it and would do nothing more other than refer me to royal mail to make a claim. I can't help but think that they did receive it and this is standard practice.... Proof of posting was not accepted or even considered..
Responses to emails were slow and unhelpful. Customer service is non existent. I ended up buying a replacement product by a different manufacturer from Amazon who I know you can trust - unlike this tinpot company.
I would never use them again and highly recommend you avoid - wo betide you if you buy something and it goes wrong. If you do send it back send it recorded delivery and keep your receipt. They would not accept my proof of posting and did not offer to compensate for the cost of posting.
In summary - awful - avoid! I hope they get hit by the recession and go bust.

i ordered an item with my mastercard on Friday(£400ish) and they took my details and removed the money from my account . Then on the monday they informed me i hadnt passed a mastercard security check yet somehow they managed to remove the money from my account putting me into my overdraft. Come Tuesday they still havent refunded me the money and im now facing bank overdraft interest rate charges from my bank until they refund arrives back in my account. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE SMALL PRINT REGARDING WHAT BANK CARDS YOU CAN USE ON THIS WEBSITE

I ordered a Nokia battery and expected a "brand new" one (that's what they promise on their website). Instead I received a dirty one, obviously old and used for a long time. On top of that it did not work at all, and so has to be treated as chemical waste. On complaining they sent me another one in the same condition!

Placed an order well before the same day dispatch cut off time and paid extra for same day dispatch, the order was dispatched the next day!!

I even called them to make sure they have recieved the order and that they will dispatch it same day and I was assured that it will be dispatch before the end of the day.

If I knew they weren't capable of following their own instructions on their website, I wouldn't have ordered from them.

First and last time

The battery that I ordered arrived promptly. It appears to be a genuine Nokia part but it doesn't appear to be in new condition. It arrived in a reclosable plastic bag and not in Nokia packaging. There is wear on battery contacts and a deep scuff mark on the case. It doesn't hold charge as well as a new genuine Nokia battery should. I won't bother returning it because it is not worth the hassle.

Ordered at 4pm, item delivered in the next morning's post (10am!). Also helps that they were significantly cheaper than others I found!

First and last time

Chose Superetrader after reading these reviews for new Sony Ericsson Aino phone. Good price (very cheapest sellers had bad reviews) and unbelievably good service. I got an e-mail saying my phone was dispatched after a couple of hours and received it next day without any problems. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Goods arrived well packed and in good time dispite postal strike.
Highly recommended!

Ver slow - misleading updates and misleading statements on stock position - I will not use this company again
