Still waiting for delivery
Still waiting for delivery. Seven days have pasted and our son didn't get his Christmas present this year. Don't understand why the packet wasn't sent all the way instead of being kept at the terminal in Gothenburg.
Very disappointed.

Sizes on the website are definately not…
Sizes on the website are definately not compatibel with standard sizes, so you have to send it back (what a lot of people don´t do) Ordered on a Swedish website but they send it from Belgium. So you have to send it back where it comes from and need to pay for it, costs... 35Euro! First and last time I ordered from Superdry.
Is there someone who speaks or understand Swedish? Cause there are a lot of people complaining about the sizes. If there are a lot of European people sending back because of the size, it is logic to keep that in mind. You say that Superdry knows that their sizes are smaller than other brands, why don´t you point this on your website like Zalando does? UK uses other sizes than EU, but they are standard too, Google it! And the other thing a lot of people complain about is the high costs to send it back. We order it in Sweden but if it doesn´t fit with all your small sizes we have to send it back to Belgium and also need to pay for that. Hollister is free, Zalando is free, Junkyard is free, everything is free... Except Superdry. That´s why we call it Superdyr (=Swedish for superexpensive)

As there are no official British guidelines on sizing interpretations do vary from company to company. Superdry as a brand is intended to be slim fitting and this does result in our products being smaller than other brands.

You guys have great quality products..
You guys have great quality products... however the delivery sucks. There was no option on the website to select my local (usual) parcel collection point, only the Nordpost depot (in the middle of nowhere) or a home delivery (which forces you to be home at inconvenient times). I had to call Postnord myself - then I was able to have it delivered to my local parcel pick-up.

Great clothes worse delivery
Great clothes, worse delivery.
When I received my package i was open and items were missing.
Superdry refounded what couldn’t be delivered again but i didn’t everything that i ordered.
Really helpful on the call center.
