Fast shipping. The jacket is high quality, very comfortable and just as expected from photos and online description. The outer packaging was paper bag (only the inner was plastic - maybe you could loose this as well?)

No refund for a cancelled product from my order
One product from my order was cancelled. I was told the refund would take place on 26th October but I haven’t received anything till this day. I called and sent emails to the customer service but no one ever responded. Today I finally texted with someone about this and apparently I would receive an e-mail to confirm something to receive my money back but again, I haven’t received anything. I’m very disappointed with your customer service. I have been waiting 2 months for a refund and I haven’t even received any additional compensation for that!
