A week later
A week later, the sleeve on the jacket came off. They changed the product for me in the store without any problems, but I really doubt the quality, since the new trigger has problems with the lock, it does not fasten all the way. I do not recommend this product!

I received my items in good time !
I am very happy with the quality and style of the cardigans I ordered, I actually made a mistake with the first one I should of ordered size 36 instead of 38 as it’s rather big but I love them so I thought I won’t return it.

At Superdry we try to offer our customers the best experience, so I am saddened to hear that this wasn't the case.
I double checked the order and can sadly enough see that the item got refunded due to there being no stock. At the moment of ordering it showed we had stock but when the warehouse processed it, there was not enough stock or the item could have been faulty so we cannot ship this out.
My apologies for this. As a gesture of goodwill I have refunded the delivery fee for you. This will show within 48 hours :)

17 days from the order and i did not receive yet, although they charge for the delivery. I think that you must check better the courier services.
The clothes are always in top quality, but the delivery is a big disappointment.

Exchange was easy
It was super easy to return the order for the correct size.

wonderful and amazing parka
I really love Superdry - incredibly comfortable and quality clothes. Just my favorite brand. And this parka is great. The size is accurate and everything is as in the pictures. I am very happy with the purchase. I highly recommend. Thanks Superdry.

Fine, not great
Nice-looking gloves but the wool is too loosely knit so they’re not actually that warm. Also the perennial problem with mittens that have tie-down flaps: the buttons are incredibly fiddly.

Fast delivery. Excellent quality! Size does fall small, recommend to go 1 size up. I am size 40 and ordered 42 based on other reviews and it fits perfect.

Thank you for your feedback.
I am sorry to hear that there was no cash payment option, in store we offer cash payment options unless you place an order via our Kiosk. This will have to be done by card and as soon as the item is send out from the warehouse you will receive an email from us.
If you pay in store there is an option to pay cash as we do accept both types of payment. When you do pay cash or card at the till you can choose whether to get the receipt send via email or get an actual paper copy of the receipt.
Regarding the sale they can differ at any other brand, other retailers will have different prices as they all decide for themselves what is best :)
