At Superdry we aim to provide a positive experience for all our customers, and so we are very sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations.
Should you order through Superdry.nl, the package may be sent from our warehouse in Belgium or the UK. Sometimes it may also be sent from one of our shops.
If there is no stock in Belgium we will check if there is stock somewhere else, this is why it comes in two or sometimes three parts.
Unfortunately, we cannot adjust this because we still want our customers to receive all items.
You pay no extra costs for this, standard you pay via the website EUR 3.95 for shipment, if it comes in three parts or an order is over EUR 100, the costs are always attached to this and you do not pay more :)
We unfortunately had to introduce this as the increase in logistics costs.
I hope this helps and provides clarity. If however a full order is returned within 14 days we do refund the delivery fee of EUR 3,95.

Update: the review option came too early, as the product wasn’t even delivered due to logistic constraints.

Sizes always vary kwa model, should it be a slimfit then we recommend going one size up if available and should it be oversized/relaxed fit then keep the same size or go 1 size down so it is slightly more fitted. If you are unsure about the size we have a size chart available on the website.

The quality of both dresses was poor
The quality of both dresses was so poor. One was made with thin fabric that was practically see through, which was not in the description.
The other one got already unstitched from the neck when I received, showing the poor quality of the stitching/manufacture.
